Come on guys...treat your audience as new to 4x4 relays- instead of just glossing over the complexities of a 4x4- state that the opening lap must be completed in you assigned lanes and then the next lap may only cross into the inner lanes after clearing the zone on the back straight- the batons must be exchanged in the zones near the finish line-the order of reception is based on positions of teammates at the 200 to go mark unless a ridiculous burst or speed or slowing down causes the order to change significantly and the judges are supposed to inform the athletes of their respective order of reception😂
