So the VA for the Russian dub speaks broken English, and the VA for the English dub speaks broken Russian (according to Russian commenters)

Don't watch Japanese dub, it is really stressful to watch, the good dubs is on ep 6 and 7, only few characters have a good VA (Uzi, Khan, ep 5 J, Tessa, Alice, Nori, Beau (somehow), Thad (not ep 1), and they have many scenes untranslated because they picked the worst translator and voice director.
You should watch the clips of Khan Doorman though, they somehow picked the best VA for him.
Yeah i also realized it from glitch's animation as well,TADC but the time when i almost watching MD

In the English dub, an English voice actor voices Doll, and it’s the same way around in the Russian dub.

What i found interesting in the OG version is how Tessa could understand Doll.I expected that the drones had some kind of translation feature or subtitles...But humans haven't,and i doubted that Tessa could speak Russian,so it is maybe an unintentional or intentional hint at the fact Tessa wasn't human.
(Lets not forget the obvious suspicious dialogue,but this is something i wanted to note.)
