They were able to get them all in one room by doing it right after an awards ceremony. Quincy Jones hung a sign that said “leave your egos at the door”. Prince was criticized for not participating.

LOVED the Energy!!! Cindy Lauper came in with on her part! Its sooo..hmm.. "pure" and "real" in a way like in this company im in ofc..shes gonna back herself! BUT going all out with her voice its just fits! and i can imagine its a gooood character to have some (diva, joker) in and around the othervise most EGOsentrick envirement known to man!
I definitely recommend bob Dylan as someone to react to his whole library. The man doesn't miss. Iirc B. J. Thomas isn’t part of this, but the man is super talented. i saw him during is farewell tour. This legend was in his 90s and was performing just as well as he was in his prime.
Most of whom I know are “ Lionel Richie, Steve Wonder, Paul Simon, Kenny Rogers, Tina Turner, Billy Joel, MJ, Diana Ross, Dionno Warwick, Willy Nelson, Bruce Springsteen, Kenny Logins, Steve Perry, Cindy Lauper, Bob Dylan, Ray Charles”. Also Quincy Jones helped make this.
I am not a MJ fan but Michael was not in the studio when they made the film. So he wore what he had on him, not knowing that everyone else was in mundane clothes. When he finally got to the place where they were filming, they asked him to wear the same clothes to maintain that look of continuity. Not that it mattered in the end; if you look closely several people's clothes changed and Kenny Loggins got a haircut between shots.
Whitney hadn’t yet become a big star. Her first album came out the same year this was released. I do think it would have been cool to have Ann Wilson of Heart, Madonna and Teena Marie on here. Prince was asked to come but didn’t.
No. They just copied the UK attempt - "Do They Know It's Christmas?" is a charity song written in 1984 by Bob Geldof and Midge Ure to raise money for the 1983-1985 famine in Ethiopia. It was first recorded by Band Aid, a supergroup assembled by Geldof and Ure consisting of popular British and Irish musical acts.[2] It was recorded in a single day at Sarm West Studios in Notting Hill, London, in November 1984.
Demonic song. Talking about Jesus turning stones to bread, which He didn't do. That was a test the devil gave Jesus. 'IF you are the Son of God' then turn these stones to bread'. Jesus rebuked him.
unique voice was Bob Dylan. First songwriter to receive the Nobel Prize in Literature.
This was sold pretty much everywhere for the cause. I bought mine from the grocery store!❤

The dude with the unique voice is Bob Dylan!
I love Bob Dylan. One of my favorite oldies artists. I grew up listening to him.
@@Obileo346 Dylan is still recording and touring. He is 83 now.

That's just Michael to understand Michael you have to understand his father❤❤❤❤❤

❤ You should react to Bruce Springsteen "Born to Run" official music video. He didnt earn the title " The Boss" for nothing!
Adding to the list thanks
Second this!!!
Reaction starts 4:16
This should be our National Anthem 😊
By the way, you can react to two of these artists at once if you react to Steve Perry and Kenny Loggins’ “Don’t Fight It,” which is fantastic
David Cassidy❤
Whitney wasn't part of this group because she was not yet a star.

Do you know who Kenny Rogers was in there❤
Who's that? Bob Zimmerman.
