I'm sure if a junior member of NatWest staff leaked customer information they would have been booted out a lot quicker than Rose.
100% it would be a slam dunk gross misconduct dismissal. No appeal, nothing.
In the current climate, probably not. They’d be more likely to receive counselling for being even slightly reprimanded
@@personalcheeses8073 🥱🥱
@@personalcheeses8073- trust me, I took a very high profile, global organisation, ex employer to a tribunal which I won. Counselling didn’t come into it, they didn’t care about me at all and the process is horrendous .
Typical , protected by the very ones she represented . The whole board should be fired .
She lied and betrayed a trust . Liars the lot of them.
She showed herself to be a spiteful power drunk shrimp .
THOSE INVOLVED SHOULD SERVE TIME IN PRISON. WHEN THEY ARE OUT, GIVE THEM A JOB LOOKING AFTER PUBLIC TOILETS. THIS IS KARMA, THINGS WILL HAPPEN TO THEM.
masons
Can't believe the likes of her get bonuses of £5 MILLION. It is just disgusting when so many people are struggling. And she is CRAP at her job!!!
I expect it a member of the public did something similar, they would be looking at a prison sentence !!
About as much chance of resigning when not frog-marched as the board voting to spread their salaries and bonuses over the 10000 de-banked.
Nigel a national treasure and our greatest contemporary hero
God Bless You Nigel.
Bravo Nigel ...
If Labour is in charge of us or anything I'm out, gone, goodbye. We are utterly screwed by these clowns.
What are the pay out entitlements upon resignation for misconduct.?
Hiw could she do this, hasnt she taken the trainings of her own bank? Pathetic!
She should have been fired.
Absolutely! The CEO of Coutts and are involved need to resign as well.
sack them
The biggest mistake the banking industry has made is picking on Nigel fararge ,and I hope they all get what’s coming to them,Nigel for pm👏👏
Breach of data protection, breach of GDPR. Got them by the bollocks. 😆
Well done Nigel about time someone stood up to the real criminals.👍🇬🇧
You can as well just by spending your money in the right companies
He didn't stand up for Mark Steyn
🤡
Absolutely... Meanwhile, Trump take a lesson... if you're going to fight globalism this is how it's done! If only we had someone like Nigel in the states...oh wait DeSantis? .... maybe?... the moment Trump stop shiting on him 🙄
Now go sue them
Not a Banking problem Nigel. ITS A WORLD ECONOMIC FORUM DIRECTIVE!!
Well said! ESG is being mentioned but it’s always skimmed over.....they’re all fighting shy of pointing fingers that illuminate the World Economic Forums implication in this and it needs to stop.....
Now if this is not a conspiracist: speculation as FACT. Fools with a computer can now as Orwell states, *_give an appearance of solidity to pure wind_* .
She has a job given to her by the WEF & WEF hand puppet Sunak the traitor.
...as witnessed by the intervention of Blair in the first place.
you are CORRECT. WEF skkuumm everywhere
Well done Nigel...they picked on the wrong man....more may go.
you members of the gammonattri are so funny sad but funny.
And to think I can still remember my parents receiving letters from the bank manager signed "Your obedient servant". Ah me. Good job Nigel. Keep it going.
The whole corrupt system needs scrapping and changing.
What is your alternative to the banking system?
@@sbor2020New bankers, that treat people like wanted customers! By the way do you work for the bank, I've seen a few of your comments now and im guessing you either hate Nigel or that you work for the bank and your bonus is gonna suffer this year.
@@tomnicholson2115 I support democracy, and not leaders, espcially dodgy ones like Farage that look after number one. His lies, his backing Putin, the xenophobic campaign in 2016. Liars and chalatans should be called out.
@@sbor2020 Very simple mate!! Put the right people in the correct positions and by that I mean no jobs for the boys, people found guilty of corruption to face long jail sentences for ruining peoples lives, cut out the ridiculous fat cat bonuses they receive for ripping people off. The same mantra to carry on into the legal system and of course our scum bag politicians. Any one not declaring any vested interests in a business or political decisions to be jailed with immediate effect.
@danswhite8544- nobody admires corruption at any level.
In my opinion she shouldn't have had a chance to resign....she should have been sacked .
@steiner554 definitely.
@steiner554 is it true that she was on five million a year salary
If she's admitted to spreding confidential information, then that's enough of a reason to resign within itself. I agree with Nigel, the whole board needs to go
Should be enough reason for charges to be laid.
@@wyattfamily8997 Enough to even go out of business
It shouldn't really need thousands of people lobbying MPs for changes and new laws to occur
This is plainly wrong and MPs should be acting already. J Hunt has expressed concerns. A single resignation won't sort this out
Yep, she's collateral damage, removed so that the status quo can be maintained and the on and on it goes...
When i was a child in 1050s my parents ran a shop and made egulare trips to put the takings in cash into the bank

Why would hunt care? He's married to a chicom.
The whole of the Board should be immediately sacked, no severance pay, no salary, no benefits, no shares and NO PENSION!
And no bank accounts....
If only!
Those sort get a mahoosive golden handshake and other perks for being a failure
HEAR HEAR
It's a criminal matter if you ask me, she should be banged up as an example. It highlights how dangerous a cashless society would be, imagine if they had totalitarian control!
We can trust our Courts to do that (just before Hell freezes over).
That would total control 😑😑
It breaks an EU law, but is England still under it?
She should have been fired though not resign
Of course she was fired, they just let her save face. She also had two jobs consulting for the government, believe it or not. She’s been sacked from them. But she will still have her sticky fingers in other pies
She behaved absolutely appallingly. The CEO of a huge bank discussing the financial affairs of a customer with a BBC hack. Stupid cow!
And that would come down as the fallout of Conservative Tories
Yes I'm glad she resigned she should have been sacked for what she did, no doubt she will keep her pension and any other benefits, by rights she should have lost the lot, she's a disgrace.
@@personalcheeses8073saved face and a fat pention pot
LOL.....The only thing Coutts got right was ' It is very likely that the client would “go public” if we exited him' 😂😂🤣🤣
They are calling this democracy!!? What a mockery! I wish Mr. Farage and all victims of this "Treatment" will be triple compensate!❤
Globalisation destroyed the nation state democracy decades ago unfortunately. We are ruled by Woke Oligarchs.
Hope the bank goes bust. And no tax payer bailouts.
@@sikugord03 It is not the bank it is who runs it.,
The problem is the fact we have a democracy which is nothing more than two wolves and one sheep voting whats for lunch.
We should have a limited democracy such as 1 vote per family or something like you have to perform some sort of service to the country over and above what you get paid for.
Compensate for what? They closed the elitist account that he had to pay for and offered him an account that is good enough for millions of working people. It was Farage who admitted that he was skint and he can't sue for damage to his reputation because, in the eyes of any reasonable person, what Farage put in the public domain about him being racist, sexist, xenophobic and a grifter is the real public perception of him.
If only more of our politicians had the gumption of Mr Nigel Farage
Bank employees should be made to sign the banking equivalent of the Hippocratic oath, forbidding breach of trust and confidentiality.
And doctors go on strike, lawyers, police ...breaking the law
When I joined Lloyds back in 1974, one of the 1st documents I had to sign was to maintain customer confidentiality, where a breach of this was automatic dismissal.
Already protected by the information act and GDPR, which we kept when we left the EU
And the moral of the story is - don't barrage with Farage. Bravo Nigel. Your courage is being recognised. 👏🏼👏🏼
ANOTHER 1 OF THE HARD OF THINKING GAMMONATTRI.
I would like to know what severance pay "Dame" Alison Rose received! I am hoping there was none but she wasn't actually sacked (which would have been the correct path with a black mark on her CV). No, they let her resign which is another kick in the teeth for the hardworking, law abiding general public!
She should get nothing at all , that means sweet F A .
She was probably rewarded with a large severance package such as,...her own bank.
What Farage is setting up is necessary. The financial watchdog is completely toothless. They do not represent ordinary people.
She is gone because she broke GDPR. I mean telling a journalist who could make that information public was so stupid.
Her woke activist mindset overrode her duty to the client.
Woke Corporatist doesn't care with the legal or health consequences.
@@hetrodoxly1203 Exactly.
And not even true information, lies!
An employee of the company has resigned. There should be further financial penalties coming from the ICO as the company itself broke GDPR rules
This is the kind of inspirational leader that the Reform Party so desperately needs!
Yet more bootlicking!
@@sbor2020 Not so much-I want a credible right of centre party and Reform is probably the most viable-but with their current leadership they are going nowhere. If you can think of another candidate that could appeal to disillusioned voters-we'd all like to hear from you.
🏆
REFORM WOT.
He inspires me to throw something completely disgusting at him for example rotten tomatoes .
What she did is gross misconduct, which is in stand dismissal for us mere plebs. Therefore, the same applies to CEOs.
Well done Nigel. You are the only true Politician we have left in this country. Good luck and watch your back. 'et tu bruti'
There is also Andrew Bridgen MP.
When it comes to banking, the very strict procedure we demand is confidentiality. Our financial details are computerised and as such we are covered by data protection law. Dame Alison should not even have said that Mr Farage had an account with them. This applies to every customer, not just Mr Farage.
She must face prison for such blatant breach of confidentiality & breach of data protection Act she is a criminal. The bank must be heavily fined too.
Mr Farage must have his accounts reinstated and received a real apology & compensation.
It is right that Alison Rose resigned, it is not acceptable that the board who supported her lies are not also required to resign.
I disagree, she shouldn't have been allowed to resign she should have been fired! However, I do agree that the behaviour of the board was also completely unacceptable and their positions are untenable,
@@Greg_Romford Glad you disagree, as I also disagree with myself. Like you I beleive Alison Rose should have been sacked, have her damehood removed and removed from the House of Lords.
Well done Nigel. This was entirely self-inflicted and the banks need to have a long hard look at themselves
no if they did that they say we did nothing wrong because they are just as woke as each other. It needs someone with no woke indoctrination to purge the corrupted staff from the ranks and make it just a bank again.
Nigel Farage, this is a HUGE WIN for you. You are a hero of all nations. I'm not British, I'm from Malta, but this is significant for anyone worldwide. I applaud your courage and hope that you will continue this fight and that you will achieve the results you want. Also, I hope you will fight against a cashless system. We don't want to go cashless, and we badly need people like you to raise awareness now before it is too late. Cash means freedom. Cashless means total control by the political classes and the financial systems. Thank you for all that you do.
Surely the head of Coutts should be sacked - he is totally silent like the coward he is
You've done this nation a favour, Nigel Farage. Thank you.
ANOTHER OLD SLAPPER.
I'm in. I had the same issue with HSBC de banking my business account 4 yrs ago. The reason they gave was "because we can". But of course, I'm a small business owner and, therefore, a 'nobody'. I feel the banks have messed with the wrong person now and it's blown up in their faces. Thank you for bringing this to the public's attention.
Don’t mess with Nigel. The peoples champion.
More bootlicking!
Nigel is far to woke to be any ones champion.
The People's Champion

As CEO she was earning £5,000,000, that's right 5 million pounds. I bet she never paid all of the tax on that money. The Inland revenue should investigate.
She may have been PAID £5,000,000 but there is no way possible she EARNED £5,000,000 especially given the horrendous stock market results under her tenure.

Why hasn’t she been arrested? If she were a bank clerk doing the same she would have been charged by now
Oh come on, wealthy people dont follow the law unless they upset other wealthy people!
silly handshake club
Her and the board who supported her actions should be arrested
Nigel, let the people know how we can lobby to remove these clowns 🤡 from banking.....
Once again the problem with banks not caring about their customers occurred when they were sold off to the stock exchange so that their customers were no longer their "shareholders"!
Yes. She should be sacked . Asking to resign is too kind for her conduct
I think this is going to prove to be a bigger issue than anyone knew. It's sounding like institutional tartarism on quite a wide scale. Atb with the upcoming and very worthwhile campaign.
The lot of them are rotten to the core. The poison needs to be lanced asap. What an utter disgrace.
Yes she should resign and all those who support her should be put under the microscope
Britons should go back to transacting mostly in cash again so as to be able to buy food and accomodation with their income regardless of how banks feel about them!
Should have been sacked with NO big fat pay off
Nigel, you are correct! Absolute power corrupts! I’ve been in banking over 40 years in the United States. Worked for Nat West, ABN-AMRO and Citibank. The absolute corruption I’ve witnessed by the ( higher ups) was staggering. There definitely should be more laws put in place while also auditing the upper echelon on a monthly basis.
Well done Nigel, man of the people for the people. Right Rose resigned but complicit others need to go at the bank and BBC
I’m not sure about the BBC. I despise them but they were lied to. And when they checked the story out, they were lied to again
Man of the people? He has a bank account with at least 3 million pounds in it!
He will do anything he can to keep his face in the media and his bank account high. He is for the people as long as it is for Nigel.
I love it when people underestimate Nigel. Keep it up lad!
COUTTS:
How can any director sit at board meetings when the organistion sets out to stifle free speech and personal opinions ?
The banks have acted as ugly bullies and even caused major customer stress and even mental breakdowns.
De-banking is a lifetime curse and they would have known it.
I'd like to de-bank a few of them, see how they like it!
There should be a petition set up, saying that she shouldn’t get any kind of “golden handshake”
No one should be rewarded for making mistakes like this.
I agree, someone start one PLEASE!!
So very right Nigel. When was the last time the regulators charged or fined the big banks for anything? Also are fines from the regulators just considered to be inconsequential operating costs?
In actuality NO Business, even banks, pay fines, taxes. Every fine or tax is simply passed on to the end consumer with of course the addition of some % of margin to increase profits. It is all part of doing business. Wages, utilities, rent, taxes, insurance...blah blah, you name it all gets transferred to the customer.
Where Nigel has missed the point is who directed her to do this. She is taking orders from the WEF.
Of course he missed your misinformation and conspiracy, only the tin-foil hat merchants get you. Unless, of course you have evidence of such misdeeds!
He probably knows but sending a message to them through her.
Brilliant news Nigel
Everything's rotten in this country now 😢
Telling the journalist was irresponsible, but then later confirming to the BBC that they could run the story is beyond stupid!

They laughed when Nigel had his bank accounts cancelled. Well they are not laughing now.😂
Absolutely right that she resigned! if she had been some lowly pleb on the desk, her feet would not have touched the ground!
Absolutely it is right she has resigned. Appalling behaviour by the banks .
Well done Nigel Farage! 👏
