Thanks Ram Gopal. I was having text in pictures which I was not able to edit the text. I saved my presentation as PDF and then I opened Word and in no time, it converted my picture to a editable text which I can edit. This tip helped me. Thank you
or, if you just want to convert to whole presentation in PPT format again, just after saving it into PDF, covert the PDF file again to PPT by any online "PDF to PPT" converter for free.
There is another (easier?) way. Paste the image containing the text into OneNote. A blank page works best. Right-click on the image. Select "Copy Test from Picture" near the top of the pop-up menu. The text is now on the Clipboard. You can paste it into OneNote or any document.
@@prasitpoonpipatkit250 If you are talking about the process of extracting and pasting, I tried it just before I made my post just to make sure. However, if you are talking about the accuracy, then it may make mistakes. This is common for most OCR (Optical Character Recognition) operations. Any time you let a machine do the work, you should double check it. This includes Text-to-Speech. I have found that it also works better for some typefaces (fonts) than others. I will also bet that this feature is currently geared to English. Heavily serifed fonts tend to throw it off. So do italics.
