@@MeantforDescent fingers crossed m8... Not going to book and accommodation till we see what is happening with lock downs. Off to Hamsterley on Sunday :)
i have just come across your channel and it’s great to see someone doing reviews without climbing ever gap and tabletop. your commentary has me smiling till the end cheers
No problem, Mark. I really hope you enjoy it. If you want to see more, I have another video from BPW that I released a couple of years ago. There are different trails on that one.
Another top video mate. That place looks the bomb. Looks like conditions were primo for you as well. Looks like its gonna have to be next year now to pop the BPW cherry😳 Bloody virus. Love the variety. Ride Safe dude. Scott.
Cheers, Scott. I can't recommend it highly enough. There's a great selection of trails to ride and getting to the top definitely isn't a problem. The only problem I've come across is not being able to hold on when your arms are pumped. I'll soldier on though. ;)
@@MeantforDescent yup. Arm pump is real dude. Gets kinda scary when you know your only half way down and you couldn’t crush a feather. Again, congrats on another top vid. Keep em coming.
That’s a brilliant guide. I’ve not ridden mountain bikes properly since late 80’s and would like to get back into it but was a bit confused about route difficulty but this video actually shows what all the colours mean. Cheers 🍻
What a video, just getting back into mountain biking myself I so need to get myself here when covid fecks back off haha, be travelling from middlesbrough so not much less than your self so will be looking at a weekend think, I have will be following you video from now on dude 👌🏻
Thanks Daniel. I'm really pleased you enjoyed it. If you're interested I've got another BPW vid here: ruclips.net/video/8dhLfWHY8tM/видео.html You should absolutely get yourself there; it's a blast from start to finish. I really can't wait to ride BPW again.
@@MeantforDescent yes buddy I have been watch most of your videos there bang on, been in middlesbrough we have Guisborough woods and errington/marske woods local but nowt like that bike park walse as I say planning to go after lock down looking at Leeds bike park not sure if yiu have been if you have what did you make of it?
Thanks, Luke. I'm not ruling it out. I didn't get enough footage to make a video about Windhill, but I did from Afan. The problem is that it was so wet keeping the lens clean was a problem. I haven't reviewed any of that footage yet, so we'll have wait and see.
It is, but you've got to keep your speed in check because there are fewer berms and they're smaller. Trails like Melted Welly, Norkle and Willy Waver are where the speed's at.
It's always great to get back to trails that you really enjoy riding, a lot of RUclips videos tend to focus on techy rides which ridden by experienced local riders look amazing but require a lot of practice but it's also great to share the flow trails as they are great fun to ride and require less learning, which is why I enjoy coming back to your videos as you show a lot of flowy trails which I also enjoy, great advice and narration as always, keep sharing and thanks! 😁🚵♂️🤙
@@MeantforDescent thanks buddy just checked dates I want for end of July and its fully booked which isn't surprising as it's a nice place was after one with a hotub il look about cheers m8
I love your videos. Im literally about to watch it through again. Loved your comments about the ✋'s 🤣 and conservative neckline. Proud sister in law right here! 🙌
Sorry, Bradley; I must have missed this. Yeah, you're absolutely right. Got a couple of new ones out now and more in the planning stage. Back to BikePark Wales in a couple of weeks, and also heading to Black Mountain Cycle Centre for the first time. Really looking forward to both and can't wait to get to work on the videos.
Hi Bradley. I would suggest spending as much time as humanly possible there. ;) However, you're probably going to be knackered by the end of day two. Even if you ride the uplift, your legs will be tired because you're constantly out of the saddle on the descents, and your arms will be pumped because you're likely to be braking far more that you would during a regular ride. We usually book accomodation for a week and try to ride for three full days, back to back. We're usually there for the first uplift at 10am and stay until it closes. If you can afford to, throw in a rest day or two and you'll probably enjoy the trails a lot more. Cheers, Chris.
I really enjoy your videos. Editing, content, and humorwise too.
🤣🤣👊 that was brilliant to watch thank you,put a smile on my face as I can relate to so much of what you was saying 😀

Worth the wait... Too class m8... Can't wait to get there - will be some drive!!!

I don't suppose it really matters what the grade is, as long as it's fun to ride.
