3 weeks for these few fixes....nothing changes. I want to know why Material Converter was removed. Lvling refining skills feels wholely pointless now as just selling base materials nets more gold.
Devs removed lots of things. Level 4 coating, wards, etc are also gone. Lots of arcane mats are also gone and devs converted those to motes. Level 4 wards, and coating were affordable, so obviously devs had to remove those. The game is only for players in large companies, who control zones, and take fees from everyone else. Those players can buy anything and were already set-up first week. Those are the ones paying 4 to 10 coin for flux, meanwhile solvents are 0.01 or so coin on fresh start. Devs also ruined all of the rawhide farm locations in cutlass keys. Devs have no concept of balance and understand nothing about their own game. Devs are just accountants ripping off players. Devs stole the game, then made it a quick thrown together console mess, and then ported it back to PC. Don't bother playing it.
It's absurd that I'm on track 60 on fresh start without seeing any of the pvp artifacts I need, and there's nothing that genuinely feels rewarding in the pvp track. Buff the XP all over, add some nice new rewards, and scrap together a new map or two for arena and opr. They've had years to do the bare minimum to revitalize pvp and they've done next to nothing. I actually had fun with pvp during that brief period you'd get a good boost of XP in arena. I like playing 3s the most as I can actually make a difference unlike opr where it only matters which side has the better 5 stack. Buff XP in both arena to pre nerf levels, and opr(again) to make both feel rewarding for time invested, and add some nice rewards to the pvp track. Or, add a pvp shop where you can spend salt for targeted rewards like seals, matrices, DM, prismatic loot box etc. Maybe even a gorgonite inductor? On a side note, the azoth inductor in the season track is just a slap in the face lol. Not even worth spending the premium currency I already have to get something that can't even craft 725 gear. I'm tired, boss. Tired of giving AGS more chances.
The only reason why I did PvP was to get the Greatsword ... so far, after many hours of wasted PvP time, nothing. Now all I do is once a week to get the Coconut. Screw New World PvP.

So as a new player Im so far behind that i shouldnt even bother with pvp, because there are thousands and thousands of players who will always be apex now, can never catch up, because the devs are getting drunk and blurting out "commands" and "fixes" that literally cuts off everyone, except the exploiters and all their levels, perks, celebrations and rewards?

Bunch of my pve friends found out we could get exp for this so we went to the pvp zone and had small battle royale for a while just beating up on each other. It was fun and we got pvp exp and they arent big pvpers so it was a good way for them to get some pvp experience without dragging themselves through an opr or 3v3 which just isnt enjoyable to them. But its gone now and they dont pvp
@emmanuelaestradanoriega4177 it was also for the pvp exp, it was a fun way to get exp for people who just didn't enjoy pvping. Currently they opr, 3v3 or races when they feel like it to farm some exp to hopefully one day get the artifacts. But it's just not their thing.
800 xp is not that much. I used to get 4000 to 5000 xp in OPR. Capping a fort will give 1000 xp, if I remember correctly. Whole groups go around capping forts, as soon as the lock comes off. Speaking of OPR, last weekend I went in game just look at the FUBAR wreckage. I seen that OPR had like 9000 ping for the cross server players. Player teleporting and freezing everywhere. Also 8 coins per flux too at trade post and the others: sandpaper, wireweave, and tannin were also very over priced. Devs will not stop until there are zero players. All of their magic coconuts will not save them. Good luck to those unfortunite enough to buy the game. Devs would rather destroy their own game, crafting, "legacy servers", and everything else. No point in any of it.
BTW, exploits are the only way players can level up in this game. Players have to use all of those. Why waste 3 weeks trying to get to level 30 or whatever on the PvP track, just so a player can get something worth having. Whole game is a waste of time. Just a giga time sink with no fun. How many weeks will ti take a player to get to 250 refining, when flux, sandpaper, etc are unavailable. Whatever, I seen lots of players with 20 dollar bear skins, and that is all the devs really care about.
My attempt at a sexy dance for my partner ended with me accidentally knocking over the bedside lamp. Nothing says passion like a room lit by emergency lighting💝

Yes and no, matrix's are always worth while. Runeglass casings etc. Level 250 is still highly profitable

End of arena fix doesn't work by the way. Still get the bug where the scorecard doesn't show, at the end and at any other time too.
