  • This week's video was a little late due to some traveling. Our haul out week is coming to an end soon. Now its time to start installing all of the things we have been spending time on prepping. Feels so good to start seeing the results from all the hard work. For once, Mady is not scraping teak, but instead sealant.
Thank you all for watching, subscribing and following us. Without you guys, these videos would not be possible.

    Nice work!
    What marina are you at?
Next time you cut off a threaded piece put the nut or fitting on the threads first! Smooth the cut and threads as good as possible first then unscrew the nut or fitting to completely straighten the threads. The threads will be perfect! Then you can use the threads without worry!

We were hauled out at Salt Creek Marina in St. Pete. Great place, and great people. I didn't show in the video that I did exactly that, and rand the nut down the thru hull before putting it in to make sure I didn't booger up any threads. I should've left that in the video.
