AKA probably has the best family friendly combat athletics organization I've seen. I went to the one in Fresno, and they even had classes exclusively for children. If you just want to use their Gym it costs about 60 bucks a month, but to include martial arts classes will cost you about 100 bucks a month.

I'm impressed with the whole facility. Too bad most of their elite fighters often get injured though!
The problem was that they always lacked a proper strength and conditioning program as well a defined training schedule until the last 2 years.
