If you have read the manga, you’d realise that even when they trained specifically for that matter, Frieza still kicked their asses at their best forms in one blow, let alone that they were healed in that case so they were pretty much at full strength, and yet they got one punched straight to base.
I always wondered what would have happened in the case Frieza won in RoF saga, if Beerus and Whis would have actually let him kill Goku, Vegeta and the others considering they reverted time when he blew up Earth. They came up with a clever story in this what if scenario to make Frieza win and at the same time let Goku and Vegeta still survive, since we knew Beerus obviously was gonna save them because he wouldn't want Earth to disappear since he likes humans' food so much.
This is interesting. Maybe they can do that where since Frieza has learned and he is wiser now and in the Broly movie he admitted that he cannot defeat Goku and Vegeta on his own and he wants someone on his side to help him defeta them, that he actually rethinks ressurecting his father and he actually does that and we finally get to see what King Cold can do.
I'd think that instead of resurrecting his father, he would instead seek out his brother, and the pair of them would train together until they were both all powerful.
To be honest, none of the endings really implied that there were consequences of Frieza winning, if anything they implied that he continued his conquest consequence free. So 2 cases here: Someone else made the wish as Frieza may no longer have any interest to it, given how far he has come in these What-Ifs. The Second case here is that maybe he brought back the universes only out of pure interest of conquering them in the future.

When I heard cooler voice the first time in this video I thought they were gonna ad the fighterz one and to be honest I really preferred that one then this one it’s sounds good but not the best I heard in a scale to 1 to 10 I will give it a 7.8/10 and as for the figtherz cooler voice I will give it a 10/10 I know that the lighter voice doesn’t combine with his menacing character but it sounds cool the light voice when he’s in his final form but if is gonna stay like that then fine by me 👌🗿

If I remember right the estimates I read back in the day was that King Cold’s final form would have been at least as strong as Android 16 or Imperfect Cell when they fought each other.
Im pretty sure he would still listen to them, since Frieza in this scenario did solo Goku and Vegeta, it would be in character to at least hear his demands, and maybe kick his ass if he ask for too much, wich wasn’t in this scenario.
