I see it as the vast majority of other alien races being overall stronger than humans, because they're naturally physically stronger or naturally can perform Ki attacks or even can transform. Humans can close the gap with intensive training, shown by how all the human Z-Warriors can keep up with elite foes, let alone grunts. It's all a matter of putting in the effort, something very few other races ever consider.

Love this guy because he shows exactly what the dynamic was between Frieza's whole family to their troops. Its clear he's loyal out of fear for Frieza, seems... oddly confident to take on Cooler, but actually shows respect to Cold. It's clear when he was reigning the helm, Cold seemed to gain adoration from his loyal soldiers because of how much better he had treated them than Frieza would ever dare to. We see his true opinions after besting him and Frost.

I don't know about you, but I'm getting the feeling cowardly cannon fodder like him doesn't belong in Frieza's empire, but that might just be me.

Cannon fodders has the biggest role they either check up if enemy is hiding their power or motivating other by getting killed by Freeza.
They also has the shortest career path from grunt to dust but hey atleast Healthcare is top notch if they live long enought to enjoy it.

Man... when I heard that they added Frieza Force Soldier, I fell into tears of emotion. Finally, one of the best characters with a complex, moving and incredible plot in all of Dragon Ball returns.
