pro landlord tips: 1. buy a house of your own as a safe bunker so that you have an escape route (you can also use it to get money 2. buy a best hammer to repair your house (whoevers chasing you will 100% try to destroy your house) 3. get a help sign so that whenever someone is trying to destroy your house you can attract more attention to guards
Land lord good for grind if the server you're playing in have people that bought houses, as long as the leader ignore the land lords and doesn't tell people to kill the land lords.

I found a money farm that makes 4$ per second, so use your alt to become leader and make your alt punch till it starve. Now become doctor and heal the alt leader. Make sure the alt leader don't starve tho.
Ok but why should the money go to landlord? Did you rent your house from them? No. Do they maintain your house? No. Did they build your house? No. Landlord has absolutely no correlation with your house therefore you owe nothing to them and all rent money collected by landlord is theft

I absolutely hate landlord. If you are a landlord you might have to chase after people and they can kill you and it will suck if only guards can purchase weapons. If you are a citizen and poor but own a house you need to run away from them and sometimes they can just follow you and keep on taxing you.
I still remember a council chased then when i took half of the guards money almost everybody tried killing well except for the leader the leader was watching me get Chased and bought the gun store to help them prob or make money out of me xd
Tips to surviving the night as a landlord 1 Own a house (You will have a bunker to help your sanity, and get a hammer too just incase they try to destroy your house) 2 Stay away from guards, leader, and council members. (These roles are the ones who are usually the one that is armed. So try to stay away from them!) 3 Reflexes (You may ask yourself how are reflexes supposed to help you, well if the attacker you are facing has a gun, spam jump, move, do whatever you can to move, you will be harder to hit. If they have an RPG, do not come near them.) 4 Stay alert(Watch your back, people will not rest until you are dead! Don't go near anyone, not even the peasants!) 5 Come armed (If the town give civilians the right to purchase weapons from the sword shop, weapon shop, get yourself a piece! You can defend yourself with them! If you are worried about wanted level, use the water to your advantage to get away from them. Water slows people down. But be aware of the sharks.) 6 Get a net (You will need to get food to replenish your hunger, don't risk going to the food store unless you want to risk your life for food. There is a beach on the right side of the town, that beach can supply you with a good amount of fish for food! And money!) 7 Don't make eye contact (If someone is looking at you, they are preparing the attack! Run away from them before they even get a chance to pull the sword out!) 8 Get away (Get away? From what? Well if someone is dashing to you with a sword, your fate is about to strike on you. Proceed to run from them. If you are far away from the town, use the water for your advantage like I said before!) 9 Stay away from the council spawn (Screw the council's with the rent to pay! You want to take their rent? Inside their spawn? I think NOT!) I hope these tips taught you to survive as a landlord(AKA the risky role) These tips worked for me, they should work for you.

I actually had an old game from last year which is really trash. I used to be a retarded, going onto Livestream and telling the streamer to play it. Though sometimes i earn robux from doing so. Premium payouts and gamepasses was my main source. It just doesn't feel good ripping off other people's money just for your own good. Though after much promoting, i just stop. Because I started to get recognize by viewers. I've actually earn like 600 robux from it though.

Technically even if u buy the house the soil that ur house located isn’t urs The game set all the soils in towns belongs to land lord Which mean u get a house on his soil for no reason So for me (atleast for me)it’s fair to pay for ur house

servers with no weapon stores also have no houses to raid, as barbarians usually kill everyone, but u got really lucky with that server
