I have given up all hope in this game. Sword and weapons stores ruined the "destroying everything and creating total anarchy" aspect of the game that barbs enjoy, because some loser leader wants a best sword but ran out of robux starting purges. I hate society flourishing
why would I hate you if I am the leader? I make you suffer if you're a janitor. Same for landlord. Up tax to 100% and make guard pay tax too. And since I p2w, I can earn free $25 from barbs
If u a sword shop Stan i hate on the guard part, i dont really hate landlords, but when theres no council making unfunny jokes to kill,leader to kill or sword shop to destroy i kill landlord for extra profit
What i do is i get a max house and do stuff outside of town (farming, farming trees) since landlords tend to stay in town and then i come back to get the trees
tips n tricks ive gotten from owning a house if the food prices are too high buy a maxed house USUALY theres enough fruit trees to sustain off of each "rotation" is 5 minutes trees regrow in a rotation a rotation of rent with a maxed house is 75 dollars owning a house can be not profitable if theres too much tax so go a role that usually doesnt get tax like doctor council or guard USUALY wage is higher than the rent of a maxed house so work between trimmin yo trees and workin at a stand if there no landlord in the server and theres alot of houses bought become one because almost never leader comes and takes rent from the landlord so you can have more income while not loosing some to rent and last tip if you are not making enough money to cover rent constantly stop spending and start working also dont hate on landlords just because they take yo money doesnt mean you arent making more than enough to cover it
@@craig2958 Good question, as tax DOES take from the profits from the gifts and money trees, now this comment is quite old and i have forgotten the rent of the maxed house so i would say like 65% tax? but then its quite unstable as the whole part of owning a house is the money trees and gifts. Any more or just a bad rotation will require working of a sort, that is, if there's a landlord to take your money. If not, then housing is free game!

Short term: no it's not worth it if there's alot of landlords. Just grind regular money trees as a peasant in barbarian field
