- Back in the day when I think of my college days, we’d find so much joy in just waiting for when the sandwich or chaat stalls would open right outside our college gate. But now seeing the kind of opportunities the kids of today have, I’m quite envious. While nostalgia hit me as I was walking around Lovely Professional University’s campus, I also realized how the children of today are spoiled for choice!
As I walked around Lovely Professional University nestled in the small city of Phaghwara, Jalandhar, it is one of the largest universities in India housing 18 different schools on the college campus.
We also got the chance to chat with the Pro-Chancellor of the college, Rashmi Mittal. She shared how the campus has a variety of state-of-the-art facilities all under one roof. The students also get a taste of implementing the theory they learn in the classrooms in on-ground situations too! Students like Neeraj Chopra are part of their impressive alumni.

MHRD must take action against such misleading advertisements. Far from being "India's best university" as the video claims, it is actually in the league of the worst ones, not just because the teaching is bad but also because the fees are inflated. The campus is big and beautiful but the education falls behind. As a student myself I know that the university has one the shitty teachers. If you're coming with a mindset to learn something then please avoid this collage.
In every college you have to learn stuff yourself there are only few exceptions even in IIT Bombay there are average and boring professors

My brother has passed out in 2021 and got placement at a package of 8lpa so you need to work hard on your skills instead of blaming college.

Dude you are a fresher what else do you expect a package of 15-20 lakh for the non existent real time market knowledge you have? You have to work for a few years then switch jobs after 4-5 years your salary would be triple or quadruple of what you earn as a fresher.

It is the industry standard for freshers. You don’t expect a 15-20 lpa job unless you are that brilliant or exceptional and ahead of your batch. Welcome to reality kiddo, you have to work hard and climb up that ladder. That fee you are talking about it is the lifestyle for what you are paying, people who can afford it will join, one who cant can go to any engineering college of their budget and still do well in life. Stop having unrealistic expectations from now itself.

I also graduated this year and got offer from BNY Mellon and Samsung R&D, but both of them is off-campus 😅 , one 7LPA from on campus. If you have good grades and strong DSA skills definitely you will get good opportunity on campus

How much did LPU paid you for such a fake promotion
LPU is a worst university of India. LPU has spoiled the future of thousands of students by showing false dreams of placements high salary packages and quality teaching but reality is different. There is no placements in most of the courses run in LPU. Most of the students passout from LPU are jobless i.e unemployed. There is no information of faculty members qualifications, experience, alma mater on LPU website because many faculty members of LPU are passout students of LPU or Lower grade universities like LPU.
There is no information of number of seats available in different courses run in LPU. Most of the information regarding placements, facilities given in advertisements and on LPU website are false. LPU marketing team post many videos showing false praise of LPU by different channel names.
Lpu is one the colleges in India which has worst faculties,this is a fact which cannot be denied,please don't misguide students 🙄
Not a univeristy but a shopping mall. Btech lelo, bba lelo, mba lelo 😂. Their teachers are more like shop attendents who help their customers with shopping degrees. Hefty fees are exorted from students and their faculty is paid barely 40-45 K per month, less than half of minimum pay set by government. Ofcourse they will get only desperate low quality faculties to settle for that. Also faculties keep leaving in between semester as they get better offer from another shopping mall. Academic activities are very limited while PR management and advertisement is on full blow.

I am a pass out from LPU and I completed my graduation last year. The question which every student have in mind.
Will you get placement after Graduation?
And the answer is...
I got offer letter from a company call Zolo in Bangalore in my 5th semester with 5 lacs package per annum.
I am not also a MBA or Engineer. I just had done BA in Journalism & Mass Communication.
After getting into my first job there was no set back. I got job in a MNC even in higher package and now working in NDTV GOOD TIMES as a social media marketing manager within one year from graduation. This is not only my story every student in my batch got placed. I am happy that I studied in LPU and I highly recommend LPU. It is the best university. Thank you Curly Tales for showing LPU. 😍😍😍

Buildings and looks do not make a university great. Faculty qualifications and research does. I never heard of any researcher from LPU. It is unheard of university. It cannot attract qualified faculty.

Trust me it's too much overrated. You'll have a really hectic schedule which will not give you time for self study due to which your chances to crack higher packages will reduce. It's good for those who are satisfied with 3-3.5 lpa job or want to spend time in just co-curricular activities. Expensive hostels, bad food quality in mess, worst management. Their marketing team keeps on removing negative reviews from the Internet.

Dude im a 2022 passout and i was eligible for 682 placements …i mean i used to get notifications to apply for them all are of on-campus …almost 80% of my classmates got placed rest didn’t attend placements and some didn’t get placed …schedule is hectic as well as fun …self learn and hard work is important for everyone…believe me or not its a good university for b tech students
