You just have to get rid of the electronic valve system, then you use a cable, a spring from a pen and cable stopper. This way the compression inside the engine will open the valve and the spring will help closing it. Nicest thing about it is that based on the kind of spring you use and the amount of tension that the cable has you can setup the valve the way you want. Usually you get more bottom end torque as well as a higher rpm range compared to the original system

Best way to do it would be dep/hgs/pro circuit/fmf exhaust and a regular carb like keihin or mikuni
