    It looks so good!!!! I’ll have to make a plant-based version. I used to eat meat, fish & seafood so I know what flavors I’ll have to replicate. Might not be easy but I’m gonna try. Thanks for all the details!

      Yes I add sea vegetables to get the fish flavor. Veggie stock for flavor. Basically everything else is the same. I’ve also made it with annetto oil instead of palm oil. Happy Vegan 🌱

    Lived In The Gambia for two years and the food is amazing, but this is by far my favorite dish. I have been back in the U.S. for about a year and a half now and have been craving it. This recipe looks amazing and I would like to try to make it myself instead of making the 1.5 our drive to ATL. Can you post the recipe with ingredients?

    How long do you let the meat to boil

    • @LifewithSammysTreasure
      @LifewithSammysTreasure  3 года назад +1

      For regular beef or lamb meat, no specific time cuz I add my Okra and other ingredients as soon as it start to boil, but if u you want to add other harder to cook meat like tribe or cow foot, I precooked those and add them at almost the end of the cooking, don't throw away the broth used to cook the precooked meat.
