Great video ET. Yeah i had rip my 3d rc wing mount already last year where the 2 pins go throw. The very frist pin hole tore up so i got another one and just used a bigger washer to hold it in place. Rear scews tare now yet but i habe plenty of zip ties for this mod. 🤟👊

appreciate your videos brother. Had a question for you about clearance between the 3drc mount and the nut capturing the screw. Did u have to shave your wing mount to clear the nut?

You’re like me, when you really wanna reply, you post the same comment in multiple videos just to be sure. I sent you some images of my set up. Hopefully we can get to the bottom of your situation.

Great idea. I can see how that would help as well as drilling out those two screws to 4mm. Ya know

I have a rpm front bumper mounted on back with my 3drc wing mount. They work great together. I've slammed it and it likes to literally ski across the yard on wheel stands and dance.

nice cheap bomber idea. might be able get a way with a thin hose clamp as well . might be easier to geter tighter

Hey randy they make a specific tool to tighten metal zip ties😎😜is that the new style mount or the old style?I got my second order from cow rc but I’m yet to try those products yet but that degreaser is absolutely amazing 💪🏻👊🏻

I’m not surprised they make it all. Lol, I ended up finding a little hook that works perfectly now. However, this pacific tool would be nice to.
I think it’s the new one, however, I could be wrong. Either way, I would aadd these mods to whatever version of the wing he’s up to.

Just gonna make another weak spot elsewhere

While technically, that is true, the point where weakness was transferred to is pretty much the strongest place on the whole amount.
In other words, taking a point that could rip or tear in one or two solid impacts and moving it to an area that takes 10 or 12 solid impacts to potentially tear. If that makes sense.
