I was docked beside Resilient in Santorini a few weeks ago - she looks beautiful! I've got a few weeks with Virgin later this year, so your tour's got me all excited - well done for the HOURS I imagine this took to put together!
So glad to hear your positive thoughts abour Persephone. I will be sailing on Resilient this December from Australia. Do you know if they still have those garbage shows on the ship like that 'UntitledDancePartyThing' show? Or did they get rid of it because it was garbage (based on what I read from others)
It's an incredible show! I'm sure you'll have a fab time onboard. I believe it's still shown and I've heard quite good things although not seen it myself!
also just wondering, what the earliest and latest times onboard that we can purchase a proper barista coffee are and where from?? ie a cappucino or latte :)
I cant recall exactly but I'm sure it was about 7am on sea days as they were around when I was filming my ship tour! Best to check on your app closer to the time! They do have filter coffee 24/7 in The Galley too
hi matthew :) im super super excited for our honeymoon cruise here in australia on resilient lady in december :) we bought the splash or romance package, so get 3 included hours in the thermal suite :) i was wondering how warm/hot the hot pools in here are please?? because of having cancer 2 times and now have scentistivity issues, i need something at least 32o C to get into. would you say that that will be ok for me?? and also the hot tubs/jacuzzis on deck, are they very warm?? i have been on 2 precious cruises on P&O australia, but we never used the pools or jacuzzis, but id really like to be able to use them this time around with it being our honeymoon :)
That sounds amazing I hope you have a great time! The pool itself was decently warm whereas the warm pool felt quite tepid! Never used the Jacuzzis but they seemed a decent temperature when I put my hand in once!
Sorry to hear that! It is a very welcoming ship especially when there's crew around etc but I always record first thing in the morning so I don't get people in the recording!
@@CruisingWithMatthew I mean the decor and colours used, it doesn’t feel “warm” and inviting. The colours are very modern and the materials seem cold. Hard to describe.
One of the best ship tours I’ve ever seen 🎉
Thank you so much! That means so much!

Don't book direct with Virgin Voyages it costs us $2k more than booking with a travel agent
Good tip! Travel Agents sure do a great job at finding deals
The ship seems to sterile for me, not welcoming at all.

I thought the same until I went on it. It is not sterile at all
