Windows Phone was really good. The Grid UI was just awesome and new. They should have worked on application management. Lumia 920 was a beautiful device mahn. Futuristic at that time.

I think he's just thinking so far ahead of the question. His role in the company is to look at the big picture and that's what he's focusing on in this interview too. He's saying yeah this is important but here's where we're headed or here's how our past will affect our future decisions.
If you want to know little details you have to speak with different department managers because they deal with the products more than the ceo
I just love the clarity, eloquence & charisma with which this CEO just articulates things. His explanations & responses are just extra-charming.❤️❤️

Great interview. Definitely my fav of all of the recent one’s you’ve done. I’m more of an Apple “fanboy”, but absolutely LOVED Satya’s insight, vision and just...enthusiasm about the company he leads and innovation. Great work, good sir!
One thing I particularly love about MKBHD's interviews are his well articulated and practical questions that he asks, which help us to know the quality replies by these great people ...
Unlike many others interviewers who just ask conventional things or just do the interview for the sake of it.
So , no one is gonna talk about how MKBHD deals with this interview like a boss !! The choice of questions was actually brilliant !!
sure sure...But I wanted the excitement question to read more like this: "What new processes in tech get you most excited for the next MS products: software, silicon, or materials?"

Satya's been a fantastic CEO for Microsoft and really turned the company around, but his responses in this interview are almost too polished. He's way to good at PR, would've been refreshing to see something more relaxed/genuine
He's got to capitalise on PR. It's like a massive sales pitch because theyre stepping on the gas right now. With all these products lined up, he's dealt with the nitty gritties way too much, he's got a macro approach now.

Satya came from really well to do family. To come to US for studying in 80s wasn’t a joke. Only elite of the elite could travel to US from India. He had brain and money both to succeed and he worked hard and today he’s making millions.
