Thank you. Since most e-bike setups are quite similar, it should be possible to make adjustments without much difficulty. However, some trial and error is inevitable.
Cool stand, I struggle to sort that out. Cool conversion, these bikes are so epic, you can do anything to them. Mines 15kva, it's fast, but braking is scary, yours look awesome. Do they work good? All the best

@@Manifestor-meditator You can use the Saboton controller. But there is a speed limit of 25 km/h. And it is too weak. Power exceeding it is only possible with the handle throttle.
Avoid soldering lugs on high current cables. When it warms up, resistance goes up, as the resistance goes up, heat goes up even more and suddenly your lugs desolder themselves. Crimp tools are not that expensive!

@@Mobilant_US I believe this to be true when you're comparing a very light weight ebike vs a naturally heavy petroleum bike. However when you have heavy components on an ebike comparable to that of a petroleum bike then it's more practical to go with petroleum since you aren't constrained by the limitation of overall run time since you can't simply recharge as fast as refilling gas.
@@obliviondio Of course. For long-distance tours, having two types of bikes is currently ideal. With this setup, you can comfortably cover distances of up to 60 miles at speeds of around 50 miles per hour, or simply enjoy riding for fun.
@@Mobilant_US I would only consider the eduro bike if I can take it inside a store. In most cases you can't therefore it's treated just like a petrol motorcycle. A petrol scooter is very ideal for short rides. I simply don't see the benefit over the ebike of that size unless a store allowed you to bring it inside. Stores are fine with actual ebikes brought inside because they are small and not as big as Enduro ebikes

Very nice ! That's a clean well documented install ! I may be retrofitting a spare Grizzly. This helps a lot 👍

Thanks for the ideas . They make better crimpers for wires connecting.

How to connect pedal assist?
You don’t need 100 ah, just a better battery.
Do you have a link for small speedo screen please love this great work

When making a sudden stop, the brakes are insufficient. However, this can be solved to some extent by optimizing regenerative braking.
