Always wonder why the Master System games got a death jingle for loosing a life when the Mega Drive games didn't but at the same time the Master System games lacked the drowning music and game over jingle?

Which is extremely lame and makes the games easier and intended for an audience first playing Sonic
Because you have many so many a lot of lives
I wish Sonic Superstars had a remaining lives system. Not having a remaining lives system is what makes the game less challenging. Sound familiar? This is the slightly similar issue with Rayman Origins and Legends as well as Wario Land II and 3
