Hi everyone! Sorry for the delay, know this: If I'm not always available is only because I'm working on video, sometime they don't take a while and other time it does. For exemple, I worked on this video for at least 2 full weeks, I needed to encounter every trainer in RS and ORAS, then respecting the time between the two, synchonize both of them, using May and Brendan which both represent RS and ORAS, then working on the video.

I like this visual style of remake SO much more than the style used in BDSP
right! it's chibi (sort of) - but not to the extent of it looking strange. I think the way oras and gen 6 modeled the characters was the best
ORAS is much better than SV.. Yse, GF keep going downhill...
@@luck7mail being better than scarlet and violet is not difficult, all you need is to be a properly working game, with no crashes on game breaking bugs

I kinda miss the gen 6 days of every trainer class having official artwork 😔
Yeah I choose 2D artwork over 3D Artwork in Pokémon.
I know this like a year late but I really like both the 2d artwork and 3d models. I hope there's a pokemon game someday where it shows their official artwork first, then transitioning to their 3d models

@@Kuu-n-koi2317 I checked but sadly it isn't their official art, it's just them posing in their 3d model with a layer that makes them look like silhouettes of 2d art
@@shuichisaihope398they should of done that honestly… I feel if GF was given another year of production for ORAS, our character models in the overworld would of been like Sun and Moons..
Oh, that Flannery intro in ORAS…that makes me laugh a lot
True. But it’s a shame that the OR/AS Flannery wasn’t that much of a challenge as Emerald Flannery.
By watching this video, I can now see the distinction of each trainer sprites and how they match or separate from their designs.
22:14 I must say it is interesting how Team Aqua’s Admin Shelly had a complete re-design. Makes me wonder why her as opposed to the random other trainers? Very interesting since she’s kinda a main villain in these games
cos their og designs were boring
Her original design was pretty boring and forgettable compared to her Team Magma counterpart, so I assume the artist decided a full revamp of her design to match that of Archie was befitting

Tabitha also got a complete revamp, Muscular to Chubby
ORAS has some of my favorite trainer designs in all of Pokémon.

Notice how they actually redesigned the characters in the remake...
Here's where I would put the Battle Frontier's Bosses, IF WE HAD THEM IN ORAS
Edit: I know that there are Chateleines, but it doesn't feel the same
Emerald also introduced a lot of common NPC trainers. All of them are missing in ORAS, because GF loves to introduce enhaced versions that will be blatantly ignored in the future.

I’m actually very glad BDSP is ‘faithful’, as ORAS almost looks a bit too different from ORAS
Not that ORAS isn’t great, it’s kind of a continuation of XY but in Hoenn while also being a faithful remake, it’s a mix of both. But being a remake and spiritual successor means it can slightly lose the charm and nostalgia of the original . I think BDSP will be appreciated for being almost totally faithful. Just not by the vocal minority on the internet
@@1DPIKI You mean Oras looks too different from RS? xD. Even though it's like XY with a Hoen skin, it still looks fantastic. But I'm glad that BDSP will look more like Sinnoh than a skin of Galar. I don't want bland caves and hallway routes!
@@1DPIKI BDSP being so faithful to games that were already improved upon by Platinum, while also somehow removing arguably more content than the original Diamond and Pearl ended up making the remakes look like a bunch of missed opportunities at best and a half baked waste of money at worst.

@@Crobert24 Nah mate you can't fully understand how good her glow up is in the manga... She is amazing in OR/AS I'll give you that, but her manga counterpart is completely on another level

The magma and aqua admins all really had drastic changes.
I’m amazed most of the names stayed the same, most of the teams stayed same, most of the designs stayed true to the originals, and a good chunk of the dialogue is the same as well

So glad that you used the Wally battle theme in Pokemon Masters! Its a certified banger and is way better than the ORAS one!
They all had glow ups (not tabitha) and you got Shelly full on changing ethnicities to fit the pirate theme better
I must say, the change in Hex Maniac's design certainly....resonated with a lot of people.

The only problem with the sprite are in the newer version they don’t change the stay the same like the old one.I wish they could draw the training like when they lose a child being sad,someone who livid,and etc.
Finding Roxanne trying to bribe the fossil guy for a fossil is astounding. I laughed every step of the way to Mt. Whatever to stop Team Magma from obtaining the meteorite that mega evolves Rayquaza. Golden, Pokémon company. 10/10

It could be me but i think i figured out why i prefer the older generations, the character you play as just looks older rather than an actual child in the newer 3d games. Idk, i just prefer to play as a teen rather than a school kid. Probably why pokemon black is one of my top favorites.
They changed the lass trainer a lot, wish we could see the old design in HD...

I remember i lost the first battle against Maxie . I was so frustrated. I only had 3 Pokémon a grovyle, Swellow, Electrike. Man, this game is so much fun. I miss my Ruby game.

A bit odd that they took out some trainer classes, but most were just gender variations of already present ones. Plus they added new classes into the game so it balances out.
