    This is really great stuff. I like the deliberate coaching of not just the lift, but the drills and warmup as well. Snatching is hard!

      My 1rm is 170. Hit that just before the holidays

    Textbook.
    IMO, more of this content needs to be produced for everyone in the CF space as a reminder/refresher.. not just for athletes, but coaches as well - become more well-rounded as a coach AND athlete. Great stuff Taylor!

    Superb content! I'm a fairly new coach at my local affiliate but been doing CrossFit for over 4 years and coach before prior to CrossFit. Looking for suggestions and advice, how do you and/or Bryson handle "tough" members i.e. always late, disrespectful during class, not open for advice, etc?? From what I can tell your members are amazing and wish I was at this gym! Again love the content and please keep them pumping out!

      That is a tough one. Unique to each individual but maybe you just say "Hey, why are you here?" and see what they say. If they say anything along the lines of "To get better" then you can tell them to listen to your coaching so that you can help with that.
