I like the lyrics by Miku. BAND-MAID wrote the music but it was arranged by Toshinari Ohnishi, who wrote the music for The Non-Fiction Days. Kanami submitting her composition to a professional composer for feedback was probably a great learning experience for her at this point in her career.
If anyone's thinking Band-Maid is just now coming into their own from their more recent drops and tour, please remember: Early Band-Maid songs from years past -- and I mean nearly every single song! -- are just as hot and fresh in their own way as the new, current releases! So the songs you haven't heard yet from their 125 song catalog, like "You," sound in essence, brand new. Thanks WAVE, for all you do to support for our rockin' Maids! BTW -- "You" is in my top 10 of 50 top 10 Band-Maid songs! 🤣🤘
As crappy the day may have been, at the latest in the last part of this song I just always want to sing along the "Wooo oooh". :) 'Just Bring It' is simply a brilliant album. 🔥🤘🏻

Akane is so amazing in this one. She's always doing something awesome behind the guitar solo.
For me this is the most emotional Band-Maid song, and my favorite.
Thank you for this. The lyrics are very emotional for such a hard song. My understanding is that the song is finished and then Miku listens to it and imagines lyrics for it. She is a genius. And her backing guitar is soooo thick. Very satisfying song. Easily one of the 30+ songs in my top 5.
This is about my favourite song from the album because of the composition, and we're talking JBI here, an album jam packed with killer songs. Also, as I remember it, Miku writes the lyrics after getting Kanami's music, so while there's genius at play here, it's partly hers. No small part, either.
Just Bring It is full of gems and 'You' is a diamond! 💎 This is a dope! 🔥

I heard they played this song a couple of times in their recent concerts in Japan again, and man, would I love to hear it live.

This song came up today while I was driving and it suddenly hit me how great it was. This has happened to me so often with B-M songs (and I'm sure to others as well) that there should be a name for it. How about "Maid Mind Meld" (sorry, Spock!) or "Maid Mind-cleaning."

The garage, and the way you have decorated it, looks cool as a backdrop. Hopefully it is heated/cooled. Otherwise it will be unpleasant for all but maybe 4 months of the year.
I think 'you' it's a bit underrated, which is kinda understandable when you look at the rest of the songs in Just Bring It. But damn this is a freakin awesome song, heavy and emotional at the same time
Another banger from Band-Maid. Should have done this right after the GG's group reaction to the studio version.
Many reactors shy away from the Zepp Tokyo concert due to the possibility of a copyright strike. Some reactions have been up for many months... others are taken down quickly. It's a crap shoot but one worth taking ! The Zepp concert will go down in history as one of the best you will ever hear, imo !
