This is my local pet store, and it is absolutely the best. Not only is the store beautiful but the employees are just as great. We usually visit once a week to pick up supplies for our reptiles. Always something new to see.
To have a shop that cares for its animals like a zoo is amazing. Most places do very little or truly don’t give them the places they deserve. I wish I lived near one!
This is one of the coolest reptile shops I've ever seen. It reminds me of Ed and Emily's zoo! The whole time I was thinking, how in the world did they afford to buy out an O'Reillys for their location and do all of that constrictuon, the operating and cost of building must have been crazy. Not to mention the cost of rent electric and water.. Man, people with money can really do some amazing things with it.

Boas are among my favorite snakes whether it's a moon glow, sun glow, rainbow, emeralds, Amazon,and redtail such as Suriname, Columbian, Peruvian,and lots of other boas lol.
Dav just when you mentioned reptile artist it popped in to my head… have you ever seen the video with the old guy that was carving walking sticks that had painted and carved wood snake on it with the head for a handle? They look exactly like the species they are supposed to be. Right down to the smallest of details. Even. The scalation is perfect. If you haven’t seen it you should check it out. You’ll be well impressed. He does other animals too. The channels called stinnets sticks. I enjoyed the episide Dav. Thanks buddy. Merry Christmas.
@davkaufmansreptileadventures mike hoffer was amazing to talk to i bought some amazing animals from him he bought CB ball pythons from me 91/95 bullsnakes radiated ratsnake carpet pythons i had venomus also he loved to talk he looked at me would say i got something to show ya i loved it learned so much from him
Very nice diversity, especially the carpet python, this large Burmese python and all those invertebrates. The males are the ones with the longer shell margins in marginated tortoises. Those are native to my country and quite well known here.
I've never seen a Southern Italian Wall Lizard in a store, but I've seen them in that tidy San Pedro neighborhood, here in Southern California. 6 of them, let go, 20 or so years back
The carpet python enclosure: Where can I get that huge corner water bowl??? I have a big red tail and would love to replace the bus tub I'm currently using with something that looks way better!
Its been sort of back and forth whether or not their larger group is classified as a subfamily under Colubridae (Dipsadinae) or their own Family altogether (Dipsadidae). The latter being the most recent decision. Either way they're still under the Superfamily Colubroidea. Really just depends on how big of a group you want to generalize as Colubrids. To me, Hognoses and everything else in Dipsadidae are still colubrids 🤷♂
We know. I'm the reptile specialist and store manager there. I talked her ear off about house snakes not being colubrids before this and she mixed them up. Easy nerves mistake lol.
Can you please say some prayers for me because I have to go to see a cancer doctor for the lumps on my shoulder blades to see if they are cancers tumers I my have lymph nodes cancer

my guess would be universal rocks the trees and fake rock throughout and a lot of the decor came from there. pricy but worth it

It wasn't as big as the one in the video - but I did have a praying mantis that would sit on my hand and let me pet it.
