Maine jab ye car purchase ki thi to cars 24 ki app par ye mention tha ki loan closed hai isliye maine is car ko le liya, lekin ki car ki ownership transfer k time RTO se pata chala ki NOC fake hai or ye baat Bajaj Finance limited ki recovery team or Bajaj Finance office ne clear kar di ki ye fake NOC cars 24 ne khud banaye hai jis per Rs 3,14,000/- ka loan hai. Is tarah cars 24 main kaam karne wale fraud karte hai mere jaise logon ko car sale karke.
Maine cars 24 K employees se contact kiya par wo thik se response nahi de rahe hai. Mai cars 24 k Head Office, Gurgram bhi gaya tha Cars 24 k CEO se milne par mujhe milne nahi diya gaya. Mujhe is problem ka solution chahiye isliye main aapse milna chahta huin.

The cars 24 is totally fraud, and not genuine, this is all money game with the customers, I have had a bad experience with cars 24 as they told the RC will transfer, but they told the buyer they did not find, they are totally liers and playing the game with customers, if the RC name is nt transferred then the cars 24 people will ride our vehicle on our name, and ultimately the customers are the sufferers, before taking the car the cars 24 people tell, the very next day they will send the RC papers to sign , do nt ever approach the cars24 if you want the head ache, then police stations and legal cases the cars 24 gives head ache and suffers the customers. If the rRC is not transferred you should file a complaint that your car is stolen and in consumer cell file a case.

I suggest to first time buyer that do not believe anyone.
Tip: Take a test drive of any new car before buying used cars. This will differentiate between how actually a car needs to be. Like comfort, rought roads, engine sounds etc
1) If u have a budget of 3 lakh try to buy in 2.5 lakhs because 50k may help you for some extra works.
2) Try to choose low maintenance cars like Alto, Tiago, i10, etc.
3) Do not go through any dealer try to find direct parties of use of personal connections are best option.
4) Do not consider any works after buying atleast for 10k km. Ask seller to hand over after doing a major service.
5) Use Authorise Pre delivery inspection service, it cost max 500 to 1000 but it worth alot.
There were more but if you consider these points then you might have a good option and you ll get safe from frauds.
Every one has there hope to have good car in good budget but few dealers are only doing a business and they do not care customers emotions and their life as well. Sometimes dealers or may be a party can give such cars that is dangerous for a family trip. So be careful

Mene Thar CRDe li hai Cars24 se. Warranty ke nam pe ek bar meri thar le gaye unke MRL workshop me. 3-5 days tak koi kam nahi kiya mene gadi vapis leli and bahar repair karva diya mere expenses se. I also sold my car to spinny and bought another car from spinny .One year over no issues till date .Only difference is that i got the car checked through local mechanic and then again through official mechanic before buying the car.Also on safet side i took extended warranty for next 5 years tbrough OEM .
But yes my car was also 63k km ran and now it is 74 k.

Local mechanics are the best to buy used cars.
I purchased a 2017 Honda Jazz last year which was driven for 54k km by the previous customer. Immediately after purchase I took the car to Honda to reconfirm the service and car health and it was given a go ahead by Honda that the car is good to go. It was the sales guy who suggested me to take it to Honda as there is a 7 day return window. I requested the Honda dealer to give me previous owner's details which wasn't difficult as it was printed on the invoice of the checking charge. I contacted him and he confirmed everything. In fact he has sold the car less than 4 days before my purchase. I have driven 23k km after purchase. No issues whatsoever. Purchased and driven in Pune. What I've seen is that most of these scans happen in northern India. Most Sanam videos on RUclips also are from the north. I would recommend cars 24 to everyone for the purchase.

I booked test drive ftom spinny by paying Rs.1000, which says it is refundable. When I checked the car, it has dents, scratches I mean not as it seen on website so I refused to buy.
They are saying we repair it so you buy, I told I do not need this car. I need a good looking car. Later when I ask for refund no response at all.

for cng /lpg fitted car are bought by persons who want to drive more paying less and knows that he going to sell when starts troubling him.

Last yr i have purchased toyota Corolla from individual car is 16yrs with green tax paid till 2027.. Valid hai.. Its petrol and cng.. With some issues tha.. Which i fixed... It took it for 75k and 25k kharcha kiya.. Now its been 1yr.. Mast chalti hai.. No issues.. Will change after 2027.. Or extend karuga.. Agar sab ok rahega toh.. By the way.. If you are smart and have some sense, you would have stayed away. Common sense : you don't know where the car came from and what has been done. Anyways, for about 2 years or so, I have been playing with Cars24 and Spinny, by booking appointments to inspect my car. When they come, I don't attend to them. Then they follow up to reschedule....till now they are till following up and sending their executive to inspect my car.. This is tit for tat.. I am still making them go in circles

The cars 24 is totally fraud, and not genuine, this is all money game with the customers, I have had a bad experience with cars 24 as they told the RC will transfer, but they told the buyer they did not find, they are totally liers and playing the game with customers, if the RC name is nt transferred then the cars 24 people will ride our vehicle on our name, and ultimately the customers are the sufferers, before taking the car the cars 24 people tell, the very next day they will send the RC papers to sign , do nt ever approach the cars24 if you want the head ache, then police stations and legal cases the cars 24 gives head ache and suffers the customers. If the rRC is not transferred you should file a complaint that your car is stolen and in consumer cell file a case.
