Carlos is a true professional. This is way harder than it looks. The amount of knowledge you need of Solar to be able to handle some of the BS objections is hard to acquire. Most likely will only come with time.
I’m fairly new to solar and from Los Angeles but moving to Florida next month. I Can’t wait to get out to Orlando and kill it as a new company. Thank you guys for a good portion of my prep. 💪💯
love ya guys, its really unfortunate i didnt get a call back and not hired. so i just went solo with solar. got 2 appointments for today...... yet i did want to work with a team but i guess your hire team didnt approve me for whatever reason
Can you do a video where you just simply try to set appointments for a closer to come through later, this is what I'm doing now and it would help me out a ton if you showed me how you would do that
Somehow knocks the most lay down no objections here’s my bill I’m home all day customers. Because that happens all the time in fl nonetheless TAMPA the most saturated area lol. Been knocking solar in fl 3.5 years myself lol 😂
So I just started at sunrun and I had knocked on a few doors that already had solar by accident. Turns out they were sunrun customers and they were very upset with the way things were going. I then looked up online reviews and most of the online customer reviews of sunrun are negative. I have trouble staying motivated knowing our product tarnished by such negative online reviews and customer experience. Is that good enough reason to perhaps go to a different company?
I sell solar in Oregon and our monthly price usually comes in higher than even a high bill or sometimes about the same as a high bill. So yeah it’s more right now but next year when they increase their rates again (this January it was a 21% increase and I’m sure next year will probably be 25% or so) you’ll be in a better spot financially than if you didn’t go solar. So my question is, when you sign home owners up for solar in Florida, is their monthly installment actually lower than their current electricity bill?
I do pest control cuz over ten people have done $1Million in revenue by themselves. No leads. No setters. No builders. No contractors. Etc And many more have generated way more revenue from $400k and up.
This is a great question. At our company we train everyone to be a closer as soon as possible because we believe nobody should ever be limited to just setting appointments. Next about 1-4 weeks later depending on the county, our installer pulls permits and installs the panels. once installed you'll get paid! Rinse and repeat
Awesome. Now I know for sure those guys are full of it. I’ll never get approved for any kind of financing. My house is too old, no install could ever be up to code and it’s not on foundation. There’s not nearly enough square footage on the south facing roof to do anything with. I genuinely think the only reason the came back to pursue me is because I told the first guy “I’d like to have solar so bad I might let you guys scam me”. At least the guys they send out here to fuck me are cute.
Hey man quick question. Every homeowner I’ve seen you approach is quite old. Here in Georgia, I’d stay away from them since I doubt they gave taxable income. Do you even ask those questions to prequalify them? Or is getting someone that prequalifies for the tax credit just a plus? It’s required for us here or else the solar bill is significantly more than the electric bill.
If you actually look back at their older videos instead of crying in your parents basement, you’ll see different interactions of his while out door knocking and some footage does include fails. 😂
Watching this and lumi bros.. both deceiving sales tactics.. only in it for the money and not actually caring for the customer. Once installed and getting your money you’re done.. Lumio is the perfect example of making solar this perfect thing but selling crap systems and lying about the “tax credit”
You subcontract and are selling to someone who won’t qualify for the tax credit and will have his bill inflated after 18 months thus cause him to struggle in the last years of his life trying to cover his bill when he thought was going to help him. Terrible Organization.
That is the most perfect customer ever. "Want to see my bill!?" 😂🙏🏽
I’m saying I’m NOT getting that at all😂

In most places in the southern half of the United States hoeonwers see savings on their electricity payment from day 1 whether through a loan or PPA.

Door knocking is the best career ever
Great channel. Excellent. Example
What type of drone is that?
What do you do after you set the appointment? Do you partner with a solar company, hand it off to a closer? And how is it you guys get paid?

That's a scam line to start tho. Nowadays it's better to be straight forward and also tell them you don't know if you can help them or not.
