      Be humble, ask thoughtful questions, and have a service based mentality. Help enough people get what they want in life and you can have anything you want. Good luck!!

    You just described me to T as the guy who’s doing every thy wrong.
    My company is new and they are great people but I don’t have a script and I’ve just been trying to watch videos and learn what I can. I’m the only rep from our company in this area so am always knocking alone, never bouncing ideas off anyone. Anyone want to help me with a pitch? I’ve made 1 sale in 90 days so I need to get better fast.

      Can you write out your current pitch? Also what market are you in?

    • @Road2Prez
      @Road2Prez Год назад

      @@bakes7423 I typically start with a normal “Hey how are you doing?”
      I say my name and that I’m with Titan.
      “I’m just following up on a notice that was sent out to Dominion/Duke customers about a price increase, did you get a chance to see that?”
      No worries that’s why I’m stopping by, Dominion/Duke just raised their rates again by % so a lot of your neighbors have been upset about their bill.
      Have you guys noticed the increase as well?
      Well we’re working with some of the neighbors to help reduce their dependence on the power company.
      Idk if you’ve seen Mr. (Name) across the street but he didn’t win the lottery or anything to get those panels. He just took a moment to compare Apples to apples how much he’s throwing away to the power company vs saving with solar.
      How much was your last Ebill btw?
      If they tell me I ask for the Ubill.
      But I rarely even get that far before they say they aren’t interested.

    Hi I’m an electrician/installer I put all kind of panels and systems on people’s houses every day
    I’m only making hourly low wages comparing to all the work I do
    But everyday I get approached by either neighbors or relatives of customers that want to get solar panels
    I want to benefit from the sales but I don’t know how since that the company that I work for they only contract for installs ?
    Thank you

      Great question man! So if you are already in the position of having home owners ask about solar setting appointments would be extremely easy for you. that's a great position to be in. We have an employment application in the description contact us through that and we can set something up for you to get paid for those appointments.

    What did you mean by DONT put landing spots in the middle of the streets ? What did you mean by that

    • @RealSalesDynamics
      @RealSalesDynamics  Год назад

      If you put your solar signs in the middle strip of a road like when your entering a residential area it looks tacky and doesn't have as much credibility as if it is placed on someones yard that is already a customer.

    Everything here solid but leaving signs… wouldnt leave those until INSTALLED…. As other reps will creep up and try to undercut you on the same deal ;)

    • @RealSalesDynamics
      @RealSalesDynamics  Год назад +1

      Agreed. That’s why I mentioned “it depends on the market” . Smarter sign to leave after closing someone is a “no soliciting” sign on their front door to scare off lesser reps 🤣
