26:00 Better stats? Josh Allen threw EIGHTEEN interceptions last year, that guy is really deluded enough to think they were really gonna reward an MVP to someone averaging a little over a pick a game? Come on man, probably yet another reason why Lamar DID get it last year with no eye-popping stats on paper himself.
fr, no one last year had allen for MVP, all of a sudden everyone is saying that they thought allen should've won and allen was better. NOBODY at this time last year had allen for MVP, the only other guy who has actually in the race was CMC. also if you look at allens TWP% (turnover worthy play %) its practically the same as last year, he's 17th the main reason he doesn't have more picks is luck, lamar is 1st in TWP% meaning he protects the ball better than any other QB. Not trying to hate on allen and i also think that MVP shouldnt be decided just on stats cus stats don't tell the full story, for example Gus Edwards had 13 rushing TDs last year beacuse lamar set the offense up in good position
@@phishinabucket7331 actually Shatz, the DVOA guy, was the only voter that voted for Allen last year, and was the reason why Lamar didn't get his 2nd unanimous MVP.

That mixed with people feeling bad that Allen has never gotten one lmao it’s literally EXACTLY like Embiids MVP over Jokic… we all knew Jokic was the best player that season, but he had already won multiple MVPs so voters felt sick of giving it to him & awarded it to Embiid lol it’s disgusting but it’s the truth…
This is nothing new for me. Lamar was doing this at Louisville. Just look at the tape when he won the Heisman. And truth be told he should have won 2.🤷🏿♂️🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♀️
That’s cute that he shifted the national conversation but he’s already a two time MVP. The only two time MVP without a SB win. What he needs is a shift in the conversation on playoff performance and that will only come with playing better in the playoffs. That’s where we are- the regular season award debate bores most Ravens who are hungry to see Ravens playoff wins.
The offense scored 31 points yesterday, which is impressive enough. But tell me: If he had had to score 50 points to win, could he have? Absolutely. What happens to Lamar is his stats are best in the league, but still aren't even as good as they would be if he was playing on a team with a bad defense. It's like reverse stat padding.
Oh for heaven's sakes! Lamar looks better on tape but does he look more valuable. Ridiculous Acho. Lamar's stats this season are not just better than Josh, this season is historic in multiple ways in ALL NFL history! There should be no question of MVP.
Remember after the Eagles loss, when the talking heads laughed at Mike Tomlin's snarky response to the reporter's question, "How do you stop one loss from spiraling into more?" Maybe Mike should have taken that question more seriously.

Lamar is putting up better numbers against better teams with less measurable help. The Ravens allow more pressures and drop a higher % of passes. The better player argument is non-existent.
@peterg6953 how does that say different? Henry doesn't affect the passing game and if anything Henry having the best year of his career AND Lamar leading the NFL in so many ways shows how VALUABLE Jackson is.
@timlanigironu having a rusher that is potent enough to rush for nearly 2k yards is enough for the defense to significantly focus their strategies on neutralizing him rather than focus on the passer. We have a phenomenal triple threat every snap with Henry and lamar behind the line. Lamar can run and throw and henry can run; every single aspect is a game ender for opponents so having henry in our arsenal divides defenses' attentions even more than with just lamar.
@@peterg6953 still shortsighted and uninformed. Look up previous Ravens running back stats. Every running back opposite Lamar looks good. Gus Edwards was near the NFL record for ypc. And that is completely irrelevant to a couple of the other points I made, when PASSING Baltimore has a higher pressure rate than Buffalo pretty handily, and a higher drop %.
