A life ago I did everything to get rid of the radio cassette and now I'm thinking it was probably the best format, especially when accompanied with a nice CD changer. But tape in a car stereo... the way it worked, it always exerted charm on me.

@@livinganalog7089 I did this to my Matsushita deck and got the rollers out easy. They look like 10x6x1.5mm rollers. Where did you get your rollers? I'm having trouble finding exact replacements.
These were the decks keeping us wonder how it works engaged trying different things like other than enjoying music and definitely enjoying the cluck cluck noise while loading unloading cassette, auto reverse wow what a golden period it was, even the balance adjuster knob had a fine notch to know the middle by feel as well the volume, bass and treble knobs had the fine notch
wel done- I got an ICE old school Car Radio - made in Japan Model ICS AR 13 38 Hamburg- The design is Great. It was only sold in Germany ICS is only a label- but I do not no the Produktion Campanie maybe Sanyo or clarion??...................
Are yours a car player? I'm sorry but I'm not good in repairing car player. This one shown in the video was a new old stock, and what i did was only changing its capacitor.

I found exact replacements from a company called Yibuy in China. My deck now works great.

How you confirmed the faulty capacitors ?
Because the noise, and this is new old stock, normally its only rubber & capacitor problem

What type of lubricant you're using for the gears?
It's Grease for plastic, u can search Google also
