Always recommend that after cleaning you allow it to dry for 3-5 minutes before applying the penetrant. The cleaner can dilute the penetrant if still wet.
Way to much penetrant and developer used on this. Better to dab penetrant on with a brush and a mist coat of developer would have been enough and less to clean up.
Interesting, but what an unpleasant movie to watch (due to excessive noises on the background). Redo in a proper environment, and it would be a great video.
