  • Some things you are doing every single day are causing major disruptions to your energy, and you aren't even aware. I cut these 6 "low vibe" things out of my life in order to regain control over the programming of my mind and instead, fuel my soul with positivity!
    By having low vibe things in your live just because it's the "normal thing" to be doing, it's actually robbing you of having a beautiful life experience. Letting go of things that are damaging your soul is one way to be the sovereign of your own life.

    I quit the news 3-4 years ago. Last week I turned off most of my notifications to silent except family. There isnt much that I need to stop in my day from a notification! I like all of these idea and already do most of them. I'm going to check into the matcha. It will be fun to try. I'm all about the coffee . The ritual aspect of it is important.     Wow, this hit home! I am addicted to watching scary stuff, paranormal and true crime. And it’s exactly how you starting feeling! Like being scared of break ins etc. I have been contemplating stopping watching those. And you’ve inspired me! I did stop watching all news local and global in 2016 and it’s been fantastic! If I need to know something I’m sure my friends or family will let me know. Thanks for this great video!!! I needed it😘

    This is really good, Courtney :) I cut off coffee, news, and popular music, too! Feel much lighter now. Yet I'm not missing single "important" things or news or trends, or music, because the news and pop cultures always have their own way to reach everyone of us. I always got the information on the current trends from friends and family. Music is always there on restaurants or public spaces too. So it's sure that we're not gonna miss out anything.

    Omg I also noticed that coffee has such a bad effect on me! It makes me sooo anxious and nothing good comes out of me.

    Omg wow! I cut out all of these things too after my spiritual awakening. I also cut out eating meat. I love watching paranormal stuff too, it was the hardest thing for me to cut out but it was definitely draining my energy. I also would get fearful during meditation that something was watching me or going to touch me.
    I also refuse to watch the news, they never have a single positive story to share and creates the illusion that the world is a scary place and only bad things happen.
    I cut out coffee too because it was exacerbating my anxiety. I felt awful, also had the brain fog. I get those rashes too but on my hands.
    I also had the same issue with antidepressants..horrible! I could not feel my emotions even though I wanted to!
    I'm excited to listen to your playlist, thanks for sharing it! I've been looking for music to listen to that's not low vibe like all of the popular music. I love that music too but they make it catchy for a reason. You'll be singing along and not even realizing that your programming your mind with low vibe lyrics.

    I agree with eliminating the news. I stopped watching the news when I was pregnant with my first baby back in 2011 cause I found that everytime I watched it, I felt anxious, worried, hopeless etc so yea that has been a positive change for me.
    The coffee part I agree to as well and I probably should cut back for soooo many reasons 😂

      @@TheAuroraCodes I love them both! ❤️ Cacao in the morning with turmeric, coconut milk, maca root, cinnamon, honey and reishi get me through the day. Golden Milk with almond milk, turmeric and cinnamon wind me down. They are a perfect balance. 😊

    This is such a good video & I can relate with it a lot! I’m excited to check out the playlist. I def need positive music to feed my soul lol. You’re right a lot of popular music is so negative. I drink coffee now but I use to drink matcha and miss it so I’m going back. I do believe coffee makes stress worse in some ways. I am a lot like you. I just never liked watching scary stuff much. Love matcha and don’t like the news.

    chai = black tea with spices and milk is a good replacement for coffee and sacred mantras which raise one's vibration are a great replacement for popular music.

    My mom let me watch John Carpenter's The Thing and I've been screwed up ever since. Lol. I have reoccurring nightmares about it. Trying to find ways to fight it but I'm not aware that I'm dreaming. Other horror movies don't really have an effect on me though so that's good. Lol

    I hope that it is okay I say this, but you're always so pretty! 💕 Not only in appearance, you also seem to just radiate. 🌞
    I completely agree with everything you said...except coffee. 😛 I'm glad you stopped it because it was messing with you. 💜
    For me, I enjoy coffee, but, I mainly drink it to counteract a medication I'm on. If I didn't, I'd be asleep or groggy all the time. I only drink one cup a day, though.
    I'm so picky about what music I hear or what tv shows and movies I see.
    I don't feel so weird now with what you were saying about the news, crime shows and paranormal shows and movies. 😛 I have actually never been into watching paranormal or scary/horror stuff. I have seen some, though, of course. It would have the same effect on me... it would be on my mind, or I'd feel watched, etc.
    I do believe there are "spirits"...but, I don't need to watch stuff about them. 😛
    I even encounter crime shows at someone else's house because they watch them... such as CSI, etc. Yes they're interesting and keep you captivated until the end of the episode. I understand "they're just shows". However, it messes with me and my perception of the world. They may be "just shows" but the crimes that people commit in those shows actually could happen in real life. There are people in the world that do horrible things. So stuff like that does make you scared of the world and scared to leave your house, etc.
    I don't like the news. For some reason, every night, my husband feels the need to play the news. He knows I hate it, but does it anyway. It's not even our local news. It's "national news". I refer to it as "Negative News". It's like you said... all they talk about is the same tragic stories, every time..... for weeks. It does make you view the world as bad.

      Thank you for sharing!! I totally agree! With the true crime content, I also get fed in on TikTok- specifically the Idaho murders and because I stopped and watched a few videos on it, my entire feed became true crime! So for the next few weeks I was scared to be alone 😅

    I am totally with you on most of that, except for coffee, not giving it up. As for the followers, I run multiple businesses so removing followers does me a disservice. If someone wants to hire me as an influencer or photographer, or a medium than I certainly want them to see my content.
