    What are some exercises for the back fat

      All the upper body work with your hands in the straps will strengthen your traps and back muscles getting rid of fat. Focus on initiating from the shoulder blades and then the twisting exercises like side sitting with a twist, stomach massage
      with a twist will also help

    I have the older model that the ropes are not attached at all higher level, I cannot attach a pull up bar . Is the lower rope attachment not ergonomic ? Do I need a newer model ?

      Yes if you want the pull-up bar you will have to upgrade.
