With mere months to live, both Glenn and Jordan went from being very sick to heart transplant recipients. Learn how they are doing today, and what they and their families went through when the call came with the news, “We have a heart for you”.
Featuring renowned experts, Dr. Jacob Schroder, from Duke University School of Medicine in Durham, North Carolina, and Dr. Maryjane Farr from Columbia University in New York, NY.
