24 hours After the worst Nuclear Disaster / Why Russia hid a scale of disaster: Secret KGB documents

  • This is Lyadov, and today, I’ll tell you about the worst disaster, that humanity could ever imagine. It’s very hard to understand, but 37 years after it occurred, the Chernobyl nuclear disaster is still shrouded in mystery. All sorts of conspiracy theories, such as that an earthquake occurred at the time, or that the accident was caused by saboteurs at the plant are still out there, although they have all been refuted by professionals and experts. A number of contemporary documents were declassified recently by the KGB, and they are a very interesting read. To be honest, in order to get to the core of why this explosion really occurred one has to go really deep into the science of nuclear physics, but just this one document that lists all the information that was classified at the time is actually enough to understand that back in the day when it happened, people were simply lied to. Real radiation numbers were classified. Radiation levels were off the charts, but they were never disclosed to the public. Another shocking discovery: the report indicating that the plant’s foundation might leak radiation into the ground and underground waters was also classified. Today, you’ll hear honest accounts of the living witnesses who were at the ground zero at the time of the disaster and had to fight for their life, fully burned by the explosion.
This is Lyadov and How People live from Chernobyl.

I don't think they're personally targeting him or think there's something wrong with his content but they demonetized Russian creators in 2022 and I heard that they started reducing the amount of recommend videos from those in Russia because they're worried about disinformation
