Im not even a professional. Im just watching videos to refresh my memory on lab procedures for undergrad classes. I dont need this knowledge, but the way they explained this and how elaborate it is made me stay to watch the whole video
Excellent!!! My only question is that between 12:42 to 12:52 the new (second) right sterile glove is resting on the outer surface of the inner plastic wrap that was touched early (12:38-1240) by the first (previous) right glove. Maybe he should have just lifted up out of the the inner plastic wrap at 12:38. Any thought?
This makes no sense, if your pants aren't supposed to touch the floor how do you avoid contamination when your feet that have been touching the floor has to go through the pant legs? I know he has on shoe covers but his shoe covers are touching the floor.
The idea is you are containing the contamination on the inside of your pant leg the only thing that matters is keeping the particles and bacteria on the inside and the outside staying sterile.
What do people do when they are hot and start sweating? I mean when I start doing repetitive movements like cleaning for example I get hot. So what do they do?
cleanroom courtaboeuf , mon mis la pression , après 16 ans de travail difficile , j'ai du partir avec une dépression , merci btb gardé vaut intérimaires de malheur
Hi Nicole, just to know, could you mention where did you find the mistakes in the aseptic techniques? There is any vid in youtube where procedures are correctly showed?
@@manuelcarignan5833 the fact that they're gowning in the same room they are exiting to go to the clean room area. And they're literally touching the outside of their garments while they're saying "dont do that". No airlocks and no HEPA filtration. Only one bag rather than two containing the garments and no sanitization of the packages before touching them. The list goes on and on

I have just loved how elaborate it is
am engineer in pharmaceutical industrial in Egypt really am take advantage from this video thank you soooooooooooooooo much
I love how the dangers of violating cleanroom protocols are "it'll cost us loads of money!"
damn those gloves really go through it with the multiple disinfection also I love how garb is also short for garbage IRONIC
Very good practices of clean room
Im not impressed where i work we would be yelled at our aseptic gowning is much more strict. I see much room for improvement in this procedure

hard to finde instruction -thank you BioNetwork
Thanks from Italy!
is there any requirement for the grade C gown prior enter the aseptic area? especially bio burden?
13:09 you have just touched inside of the glove with outside of another but told us not to do that ???
That’s because the glove is already sterile you can touch the outside but not the inside on the glove because the inside is considered non sterile
Really, a glove to cover the radio in scene 14:00!?!?
+Michelle Romero looki at 10:50
Believe it or not the speakers in the radio can disturb the air and shoot dust into the clean room....
Thank you
So by "remove everything" - Does that include your own clothes and own underclothes??
Too many skin cells would shed and you might be cold.
what happens if you were to fart in a cleanroom
Move to a corner of the room, as far away as possible from critical areas (grade B/A)
Fart in the pass through or autoclave
hold it in, or you can have your dumb ass sewed shut
Don't hold your fart for too long because it'll go up to your spine and then to your brain and that is where shitty ideas come from.
I work in a class 7 & 8. What class cleanroom is this?
Grade A and grade B is how I’ve always known it
In UAE the same plant for radiation still on commissioning but will start soon
Treatment of contaminated meterial
