I've never used those filter wrenches or straps before unless I can't get it off but I have always just hand tightened the filter back on with my hand. People have always over tightened them with a wrench. They don't need to be super tight just a good snug is all you need. Never had a problem.

No idea! Think it was 10mm but I might be completely wrong.

Just changed the oil myself, it's a 15 mm
