R3,000 is the amount that he paid to the Chief of the area. He then paid R50,000/R50k for the 40x40 piece of land. That was an absolute bargain. My aunt owned a house in Umgababa facing the sea. She bought land (together with her fiance) and built a 4 bedroom house. They owned a shop in/at Umzumbe. Our home was at C section in Umlazi omusha. That young 🚹 has his head firmly screwed on his shoulders. Heartfelt congratulations to him. Blessings. 🙌🙌🙌

Hi sister people see us as ibhari or mogoes because we stay in the rural areas not knowing that that's where it is all happening. Come December they all run to the rural areas for free fresh meat (sheep and fresh chicken, umleqwa)our is fresh mot from the Brazilian fridges 😂😂

Hi guys. I need a place in the rural area with nice roads langakhokhwa khona ama rates and taxes coz I want to be off-grid. Land must be big, place must be peaceful, safe and quiet. Ohhh so the 3k is the Chief's fee the land costed him 50k now I understand coz I was shocked to hear 3k land you can never find it anywhere
Please Sis Velile, may he explain how does tribal land cost R53000. Who owns the land in the tribal authorities except chiefs and headmen/ indunas?
The first owner acquired land through ancestral lineage. That is how the process is done but if the owner decides to leave the village and recommends another person whether relative or next of kin and that person is accepted by the villagers and the Chief, the land is than given to the recommended person. It is not for sale but the owner obviously asked for R50k for compensation. The Chief may not know that but sometimes it happens. The R3k goes to levies and the registration at the municipality for PTO. That is why I wrote R3k because the R50k is an exchange between them but not what was asked by the Chief.
