I live in Austria but I am South African. People here build homes in their villages and have 3 or so doctors running practices from their homes. People in construction in the village, people running restaurants , build fun activities for people , food shops while growing their own foods and raising their animals etc. So communities build eachother together. This idea of starving in the city started to confuse me like what we could be doing this! I wish South Africans can start to do this more. Not only home but build the economy. Ndiyabuya shem !
I am currently doing my second year Masters in Mathematical Statistics and also saving up some of the money I get from temporary jobs I get at the university including the scholarship. I plan to acquire land soon so that when I start working I can just work on building the infrastructure. Thank you very much for enlightening me for I am now in the process of investigating a rural village I can build at. I will use your advice of visiting the rural area directly myself and negotiate with the Chief. Ndiyabulela kakhulu sisi ngeengcebiso zakho :)
I love to hear this. I am super proud of you for achieving your studies and also now taking a very clever step to acquiring land and hopefully contributing to the development in rural areas. We need people like you. All the best. 🙏🏾❤️
@@VelileLifestyleDecorTV And my goal is to actually develop a certain rural area I will be occupying and boost its economy through the creation of employment opportunities and other necessary skills in developing communities :)
I love your Channel. I wish your channel can be so big and reach young South Africans so we can get away from the Urban life and back to the country side.
It is slowly reaching young South Africans. The analytics are looking good on that part. We will achieve our goals. Let’s keep motivating each other. 🙏🏾❤️
A big thank you, Sister Velile. Taking notes and learning. You’re doing a fantastic job by showing these videos to us. It’s not in vain, and we are benefitting.
Ngiyabonga Sisi ... I needed this so much. I just acquired land in the rural area too. I knew I had to fence first but I didn't think of the sceptic tank which I think it's a necessity. I thought of a seperate self contained flat with a toilet included. It is good but costly compared to just a sceptic tank for a start. Thank you so much about the engineer information as well... I really like your work... 😍
You are most definitely welcome and good luck with the building process. I need good luck too. Please share on email and feel free to ask any questions. 🙏🏾❤️
The starting point is going to the chief of the village and courageously starting the process of acquiring land. Once that is done, you will be determined to work harder, save money and collect material one by one before you start building. It’s possible. 🙏🏾❤️
I missed my Sunday motivation I.e watching your videos. At this time I am thinking of rebuilding my home ekhaya the Durban South Coast and my biggest scare is materials. Kodwa ke we don't give up❤
Every time i watch your videos i get so motivated im from Durban and never lived emakhaya but the way i wish to acquire land for agricultural purposes, the urge is strong. im 30 now and your videos make me want to invest in the rural areas in KZN. Siyabonga Mam Velile. I hope to update you in the future about any sort of progress. I hope amathongo asekhaya can help me out with this. I love your content
Hi sis Velile. Another way to help with lymphatic drainage is to take frequent breaks during your drives to just walk around for a bit instead of driving the whole time.
Thank you so much Dear for sharing so unselfishly. You have opened my eyes and I will definitely follow through with buying from a rural site. May God bless the work that you do.😊
Thank you so much Sis V on your advices and actually showing us the work-in-progress. Thank you for the idea of a septic tank. I need to get on it soonest. Home village is in Cofimvaba, Eastern Cape. Deep Deep rural Eastern Cape.
I like your videos so much sisVelile when I watch your all videos it gives me the hope of one day is one day it inspired me and motivate if I suppose to work harder to reach my dreams, thanks to share with us keep doing a good job my Sister
I have a story that I will share of how I built my late mother and father’s house with money I earned during covid lockdown consulting. I was so scared to die without doing it so I took every cent I made during that time and built a beautiful home for my late parents. All is possible keep pushing. 🙏🏾❤️
Thank you V gang you truly inspire us to embark in rural places. I'm so looking forward to this construction journey as we are also securing land in Bulwa with an intention of developing another homestead. Blessed sunday🎈🎊
Thanks a lot Sis Velly for sharing this valuable information that most of us need. Your tips are very helpful. Thanks a lot Sis and may God continue to strengthen and blesse the works of your hands ❤

Swaziland 🇸🇿 in the house Sisi Velile. You're blessed to get lanf for R2, 500. Well now there's no more free land except tindzala that belongs to families who may have left the land but they still control that old place. So you buy from them from bo R50k upwards. Its very tough. I wish and pray people acquire more rural land and stop selling but instead plant food forests, graze animals etc (Permaculture-self suataining forest ) just as Joshua Maponga encourages. Yiur kids will thank you later trust me African child. When Cancer steps into the family circle thats when you remember to lead an organic lifestyle.
It’s the corrupt chiefs who are selling land to the highest bidder. Something that should not happen. In my village, that will not happen. We still have control of who gets land and the villagers are very vocal. Either way, I hope more young South Africans claim their land before it’s too late. We have to really learn to be self sufficient and plant our crops and breed our own livestock. Thank you. 🙏🏾❤️
Hi Velile, my mom has been talking about you a lot😅 i finally decided to watch this video. Im really loving what i see and would to get some recommendations and advise from regarding acquiring land. Is there an email that can be used to chat privately with you?
Hi sis Velile, my wife and I are also looking to acquire a piece of land, particularly in this area. What is this village called? We wanna drive down and see if we can speak to Induna. Please share some information.
We acquired that land back early 2000 and we paid R250 to the chief. We built for around +-R400k but we never got to R500k. Things were cheaper than but now maybe it could be more. 🙏🏾❤️
You have to identify an area you will feel comfortable in. Visit the village and ask more information from the villagers. I am sure different people will give you different amounts of how much they paid to acquire land but be clever enough to state your case to the chief convincingly. Married people are always at the advantage but also going with an elderly in your family will be more helpful. Don’t deal with anyone except the chief of the village. All the best. 🙏🏾❤️
