But that was one of the main appeals from NCAA football to Madden back in the day. They both played different. It distinguished the difference between both games. You’re the type of fan that EA likes to exploit. Give you something, but not everything. They know as long as it’s college football and everyone’s happy it’s back, no one will care if the gameplay is ass
They always played different I have faith this one will play different than Madden. They've put too much effort and details in it for it to play the same. They added new gameplay features and mechanics into this game

Would be coool if you could transfer players/live draft classes to madden franchises. Would be sick if madden recognized previous achievements and stats from the players in the other game to make it that much more immersed

Less of a madden reskin but the "madden game the devs have wanted to make for while, the reason is this first time they actually had more than 10-11 months to make a game. Current madden is built on old code thats why I think its still be brought to old gen. NCAA 25 is gonna be fun and hope it opens the door to more college games

i can tell you that EA did license music for traditions, maybe not all of them, but i think they did. i was somewhat involved two years ago in the process but they did gather different music/audio that school associated with different situations. be it for the marching band, or
other music (enter sandman, tom petty, etc.)

The only thing I wish they did in the trailer was show some of the UI stuff for scouting, player recruitment etc. Hopefully that will come soon once they do more gameplay reveals.

I mean this is the first sports game in forever to have multiple years of development so I’m pretty excited.
I hope the wear and tear system is more than just fatigue. I was thinking that it was a yearly thing were it’s a percentage out of 100 that’s goes down or up depanding on how much someone is playing. The lower the number the more likely they are for injury, and serious injury at that. Maybe I’m asking to much but the managed your players health part makes me think it could be something like that
UCF’s stadium only holds around 45k, but it’s an incredible atmosphere

IM SO FYCKING HYPED
WE NEED to be able to select our own running animation styles based off position. Somewhat like how 2k does it. Someone who's typically LenDale White's size or Marshawn Lynch would carry the ball high and tight Madden game. But they both carried the ball very similar to reggie bush. I just think the running animation really needs tightening if NCAA does plan on using the same ones from Madden because those animations make the runner look similar a linebacker running. The footsteps are heavy and wide. I'd like to see the standard for running animations for Madden & NCAA be DeAnthony Thomas's run style. His form looks textbook. Also I felt like PS2 games had great running animations. We also need the Stefon Diggs/KoolAid McKinstry double sleeve/triple arm band aesthetic
talking about the NEW in game passing mechanics I hope its like precision passing in madden but I hope the "new" part of it is talking about actually lofting the ball and putting touch on it and making it more realistic than how it is in madden like throwing a fade to a WR or TE on a post and the ball isn't swattable EVERY SINGLE TIME.

One thing I hope the game has is that u can create a new stadium or something. For an example say you make a Akron dynasty and u become a powerhouse they would eventually upgrade stadium size so maybe you could as well in the game

hey Bengal, how do you think the ratings will work? like the current madden where all players are between the 70 and 80s and its rare to have a 90s+ player and very rare for a 95+ or like old madden where the ratings were alot higher and alot more players were in that 90s range. thanks
It’s going to be like the ncaa games, maybe changed a bit. There will be a massive disparity’s between different “tired teams”. 1 stars will be filled with 60s and even 50s. Two will be high 60s. 3 in the 70s. 4 in the high 70s with some 80s. 5 in the 80s. 6 (power houses like bama Georgia) will be all in the 90s. Even if they change the star tier systems it will prob be like this. Hope that makes sense.

I dont have high hopes for Enter Sandman being in the game because for WWE2K24 they didnt have Enter Sandman for the entrance them of Sandman when they recently added him. They used a different song that he used later
That’s different tho. I don’t think it will be thier but 2k is a different company, WWE isn’t nearly as big or important a game, and as iconic as Sandman’s enterence music is it’s not as important to the overall game as it would be for an intro(last point is arguable.) plus he was dlc

Hey Bengal, just a heads up as someone with a background in games marketing: you said "this is all from the game" in regards to the footage, but the disclaimer at the start of their teaser clearly states that it is "game engine footage", *not* "gameplay footage" that's a big distinction and trust me, if they were allowed to say gameplay, they would say gameplay. But there are guardrails there to protect the consumers and so I am sorry to break it to you but it would seem that at least a portion of the trailer footage is only animated through the game engine and does *not* naturally occur during gameplay. Hope this was helpful, please keep that in mind in the future :)

If we take this moment to not play UT and those who like that mode stick to Madden, we could potentially get EA to focus on the dynasty and rtg modes in this series! We could have a game where the franchise stuff is the focus for once!

only things that bothers me is they didn’t show a lot of lower class teams, i hope they added a decent range of player model sizes especially for the non power house teams that tend to have smaller/undersized players. yes its a visual thing but i’d hate to go into a Sam Houston or New Mexico State dynasty that have the same player model as Alabama or Georgia
