I was getting huge fps drops when looking around. My mouse polling rate was the issue. Had it at 8000hz and dropped it to 1000hz and now smooth as butter!
@mahts9161 im not saying it will bit usually 1000hz is enough. Theres a reason why most things are still 1000hz i guess haha. It was an issue in wz1 aswell. Ive left it at 1000hz for cod after playing at 8000hz for a yr and noticed no difference.

If you guys are still crashing, another solution could be checking if you have XMP enabled in your BIOS which overclocks your RAM SPEED and can cause problems like crashes! this is what caused my crashes so just another solution out there for you guys!
@@TwitchFL1XX doing what the above comment says will only boot you into the windows troubleshooter, not your bios… so turn off your computer again and you need to spam esc or f11 while the computer boots up… so the second you turn on the computer again just keep spamming one of those keys and it should bring you to your bios… go into setup and make sure your xmp is off there… then just exit and save changes and let your computer reboot… hope this helps!

on a 3080 and 5800x performance mode runs fine most of the time till it stutters but dx11&12 runs awful

your fortnite files like fortnite-win64-shipping?? If so , it does have the .exe you js cant see it . this isnt rhe issue
