- Born in Accokeek, Maryland, Kimberly Klacik admits she is fighting an uphill battle to defeat a well-known and well-financed Democrat, Kweisi Mfume, in the race for the state's 7th Congressional District.
Ms. Klacik was asked why someone should vote for her with her lack of political experience. The guy who's been doing the job for years has years of experience...and look at what he's allowed Baltimore to devolve into. It seams to me that career politicians can't be trusted to do the right thing so her "lack of experience" is an asset. She's not bought off and indifferent. I respect her balls and her desire to genuinely help folks....which many politicians abandon once they "have experience"

Since when is a college degree necessary? Does Bill Gates have a degree? I would argue that a law degreed candidate is a disaster for the voter - given that the lobbyists (law firms) control DC. Also, this news anchor is part of the reason Baltimore is dead last in about every big city metric.

Why does a college degree matter? We have plenty of politicians with multiple degrees that are messing up the system already. They have shown that holding a degree doesn't make you effective. All she needs is common sense and vision. As long as she remains connected to her constituent base, and surrounds herself with people that hold her vision for the district she services. I've heard in other videos and she seems to have great ideas.
She doesn't have a college degree or have any political experience, but you can't deny that everything she says in her campaign ad was true. She appears to be smarter than those who currently run that district.

Second, watch the "A Time For Choosing" speech by Ronald Reagan. - He was more than an actor, governor, or president. He was also logical and was able to see what was on the horizon. He warned, but still nobody did anything to get back on the correct path.
