This is probably one of my favorite songs from this whole trilogy. That might be helped by a small crush that I had on Lucas Grabeel (singer in white) back when these movies were coming out. He was in all three HSMs as well as the last two Halloweentown movies. (I am pretty sure he’s done more beside that but these are all that I remember him being in)
there were akways rumors about it being a sexual udertone, since director said he put many clues about Ryan being gay, since Dsiney couldn't let him make Ryan offically gay. Whatever it was, still my fav song from the franchise tbh. At least from the 2nd movie.

I adorable Lucas, he was my favorite when these movies were coming out. But I have to say, Corbin is a true talent. He can act, sing, and dance. After these movies he moved on to the great white way and was in Guy's and Dolls and many other shows. I really love him. He was in the DCom "Jump in" with Keke Palmer that's also really good.
if you want another hsm number, you should definitely do “i want it all” from the 3rd movie, that’s a BIG number! for another disney channel movie, “crusin’ for a brusin’” from teen beach movie is one of the best ensemble numbers in a disney movie imo. the choreography is TOP TIER🙌
I would love to see you check out Work This Out from High School Musical 2, It is a fantastic ensemble number that feels really creative and the song is really catchy as well!!!
I’m not much for these movies as a whole but this is a number I enjoy watching over and over because I love the clever choreography and the song. They really did find a great way to meld game play with good dance moves and that’s really hard to do with sports.
It's so fun to watch these. Zac and 2 of my granddaughters had the same high school, theater teacher. Mrs. Robyn Metchik. He also graduated from my high school in 2006, Arroyo Grande High School, I'm class of "72. He even flew from England to be at Robyn's retirement show to surprise her.
