My box and the pallet it came on was crushed. I wasn't home at the time it was delivered so wasn't able to not accept the delivery. Good thing the mower was packed well and there wasn't any damage to it .
Hi sorry to hear this - did you report this to Roland at the time? It’s important we chase this up with the delivery company to ensure it doesn’t happen again Glad it wasn’t damaged
@@ALLETTMOWERSUK Yes I did mentioned it because I was disappointed by the delivery and was told that it was the delivery companies fault. Mine also didn't come with the battery and charger so had to purchase it separately from Amazon. The battery I received was slightly oversized and had to pry it out from the mower after each use. I had Allett of the UK look into it and it was determined that it was the correct battery by the serial number but that the side rails or grooves on the battery were slightly larger then they should be and was told to sand them down so that it would fit properly. It is fine now but was an inconvenience for some time.
Would appreciate a status update on the Stirling series mowers... Has production begun? Shipping, etc.? international? Haven't heard a thing in quite a while.
Hi Jeff no we haven’t started production as yet - we’re due in the next couple of weeks. Will keep you posted on socials when the first one hits the line - understand you’re excited! We can’t wait to get them out
Be aware that the Green Works batteries sold in North America are not compatible with this unit. The only batteries you can use are ones the local Allett dealer sells for these units. I purchased a Green Works battery here in Canada that was recommended by Allett U.K. that allegedly would work with my Liberty 43 and it was not even close to usable. It goes to show you even Allett engineering and design can miss the mark. It would be nice if their engineering could come up with an adapter to accommodate the Greenworks batteries to work not only on the mower but the charger they sold us that is not compatible with any of the batteries here.

Is the battery and charger always included, or does it vary by country?
Hi Carl it can vary
