In lore he's supposed to look like a twink and then in game he's totally just prince charming from Shrek.
Remember when someone said the high elves were prettier than Sigvald, so he mounted a huge invasion force of Ulthuan to kill a bunch of them only to have the majority of his army completely wiped out, and not even giving a fuck? Then during a huge battle where his army was surrounded, the sight of blood reminded him of a shitty Bretonnian wine that he had once, so he left to go invade Bretonnia?
Signals is the only interesting champion of Slaanesh in any version of Warhammer.

@@rebel8707 that's one of Sigvald's unique skills. All non-hero units in his army become expendable
@@sev1120 isnt that kinda useless since expendeable units take leadership hits when other expendeables break and characters rarely break
@@Michaentus Pretty much. A tzeentch lord on foot or on disc just sitting in thr middle providing barrier regen in combat is best
@@Michaentus it’s just for thematic purposes, sigvald doesn’t see anything besides him and his adopted daddy/mommy as important so all units to him ARE expendable.

I absolutely LOVE the way siggy is running around with his shield up without a care in the world while getting bombarded with bullets and bombs
That had me cackling, just the pan shot of him in an open field getting chased by a bunch of shirtless jock dwarves being peppered by constant gunfire and explosives made my day
With that many Hammerers and Slayers, the fact that not a single champion died is incomprehensible
They're almost invincible in melee, it's nutty

They regenerate, they regenerate barrier (not all at once usually are in combat, theres always one in the backline that causes some barrier regen) aswell as their stats and the poison debuff. Anything short of a army of jezzails isnt gonna chew through them.
@@emetanti I believe there's at least one defeat trait that provides an additional 10% missile resist to lord's army. I'm not even sure an army of jezzails would necessarily have a good time vs aspiring champions due to silver shields+missile resist+barrier+regen. They just don't have the ammo.
Pretty sure the only way to combat aspiring champion army would be something along the lines of monsters/monstrous cav and/or high damage anti-large-style siege like luminarks.

This was my first thought when I say all the potential buffs they get. Shield, regen, soul thingy for ward, hellblade, frenzy, poison. It is nuts.
They did a good job of making aspiring champions really feel favored by the gods and special, not just smaller unitcount, discount chosen like they used to.
What makes it better is in game if you feel a certain unit of aspiring champions is under performing then you can just turn them into chaos spawn. They lost favor of the gods so now they will forever be in pain as chaos spawn.
@@magnacartabravodo2795 chaos spawns are actually what happens if someone has too much favour of the gods, they basically overload on gifts and turn into a chaos spawn.

Even HE didn't kill a SINGLE aspiring champion... and you can't say he ran off with the army losses unable to fight... he's a slayer and therefore unbreakable. He MADE contact for sure.

WOW. Warhammer 3 must've really buffed up Aspiring Champions to make them good enough for an Okoii vid.
LegendOfTotalWar gave this doomstack a 10 out 10 recently. He was bluffed by how good it is. Plus easy and cheap to spam.
Aspiring Champions are AMAZING. I throw them against all types of anti large infantry and they still win lol

I knew this would come once I saw you can stack lots of silly abilities onto aspiring champions via the tech tree.
Putting them in vilitch’s army makes the even more unkillable. Barrier basically replenishes as fast as they take damage
I think any chaos lord of tzeentch can do it

When I saw in game that the champs could summon pink horrors, I was like, Okoii is making a video of these dudes.
Gotta say, it's finny seeing trash tier units being made god tier. But there's something kinda special about seeing how crazy the elites can get in this game. I mean *152 armor,* and a stat line that most lords don't have. Not to mention all the abilitys, so many abilitys.
Sigvald probably chose them for his army because they look cool and don't outshine him while complementing his armor.
