Its the old 5 cylider deutz engine they were in all kinds of plant over here in the uk mainly commpresors and generstors they were great due to being air cooled sadly they stopped using then due to there supposed high emmisions

I remember the first one of those I ever saw. Had a broke belt and nobody in my area even came close to having one. They hauled it off on a trailer too and at the time I was awfully glad to see it going lol

I had a box van Iveco with an air cooled inline deutsche diesel and a cab diesel heater mounted on the floor in front of the engine cover that would keep your right heel overly toasty. Drove it 7 nights a week hauling Dallas Times Herald newspapers from Dallas to Lubbock, Texas!!!

Wow an IVECO in the wild over in the United states. Weird seeing a European 7.5 ton truck on a wiley will it start. IVECO have collaborated with ford, fiat, Peugeot PSA and dodge with thier light vans

This Fiat Iveco was the most worst model ever built. The air cooled Deutz Diesel was a good engine but loud as hell when you have ti sit on it. Never built for a truck
