Since you have a TIG welder you should get some sort of hardfacing rod. Weldmold 958 or something similar for tool and die repair. Put 3-4 beads on the cutting faces and re-grind. Then you have a hardened cutting face like 56-58 Rockwell hardness. You could cut sheet steel all day then. Depending on where you are in the world it may be easier to find hardfacing stick rods and just break the flux off before tigging it on.
@@vicentekason1248 I no longer watch TV, all lies and propaganda. All TV stations are owned by groups of companies that narrow down to just four people. All four global elite freemasons, connected to world bank, pharmaceutical companies, universities etc. And they own all Western governments.
how can you apply this with electric if possible. I'm trying to elminate the manual work time and replace it with electric that can increase the time to cut a little faster.
Well done, sir. I'm heading to my shop now to make one. Thanks for the idea.

That has to be aluminium you are cutting, you wouldn't cut steel of that thickness. Does it cut sheet steel, without bluntening itself.
i guess I'm quite randomly asking but does anybody know of a good place to watch newly released tv shows online?
@Vicente Kason lately I have been using FlixZone. Just search on google for it :)

I would add some weight to the handle so it’s easier to control, and maybe build a little table and guide so it can cut straight. great idea!
Bem simples e facil
