The POIs look really cool to me. Like the vibe and shit. That aside, Emma (please epic give her a diamond form transformation emote) and War Machine have been on my wishlist for ages so I'm excited to see them come to the game. I also like that they're continuing the idea of mash-ups with collab costumes for fortnite skins- Captain Jonesy being my favourite of these designs.

You can also hold them down instead of spamming the button.

Why does the marvel season have to be when classes start, and of all the seasons for the summer it's the car royale. But anyway I'm excited for it, mythics could get annoying but it seems pretty cool
The trrailer is very inconsistent. You can clearly feel the focus on not story, as with the 7, IO, last reality, cube queen, the nothing, the unseen, geno etc, which was scrapped. Instead, you feel like the focus is only on selling the battle pass. shame
I just hope the modded cars are gone!!! I don't want to play a modded car Battle Royale game where everyone's driving around with a car with a weapon on top so you could shoot from the safety of your car and then last season the Mecha Fists were overpowered and you almost always had to have them to win a game! I miss playing Fortnite where it was just different weapons and a couple special mythic weapons but now you're going to have the shield and so many other special weapons from every marvel character, I just hope they don't put them in all at the same time! What happened that just playing Fortnite using actual guns like a first person shooter should with maybe one or two special weapons but not an overpowered weapon like the Mecha Fists!
I agree. I feel mythics and such have gotten way out of hand. I play with my kids and they’ve got some (inherited from their father) gaming skill and aren’t into all the toys so we’ve been hanging out in reload a lot. In BR we rarely take the cars after killing bosses and hate having to deal with the last team who have cars, magneato and fists while we have guns😢. It’s not fun if you don’t want to play that way. I do have to say it’s nice when we win with guns against toys but it’s tiring, game after game….

The magneto things are the worst. So much splash damage. You are basically forced to use them end game if your opponents are using them and 99.9% of the time, they are. I love the changes that are made, just not when things are extremely overpowered. Magneto should have been nerfed 🤷🏽♀️ but all the little boys would cry b/c they can’t stay in their boss car until you blow it up then fist away and try to throw magneto crap at you. That’s pretty much every end game. That’s boring… that sucks… no skill. Can’t tell you how many times we kill the other (last) team and all they had was a grey shotgun and maybe a bow… plus magneto and fists 🙄
7:04 it’s wasn’t in that season there was 2 iron man mythics the universe-beam (the rail gun on steroids and crack) and the repulsed gauntlets which shot out little energy balls and gave you a low-grav effect

The iron man mythic is an updated version of the one from chp 2 season 4. Old had the gloves as a mythic that allowed you to boost in the air the float slowly down and shoot with a small lock on. And the unibeam was its own mythic as well. New one combines the shooting and unineam into one. Then adding the flight ability and ground slam.
8:09 for everyone excited for cars/car mods being gone, their is a Peabois auto in the background here, so maybe they’ll just have some loot, but most likely cars and car mods will be back
If you missed it I think Mysterios Mythic was also revealed in the trailer. When peelverine is sliding with the duals. On the roof mysterio appears out of no where and blasts a shotgun at him.

I don't think the SCAR means anything. A lot of Fortnite trailers have a character holding the SCAR in Chapter 4 and 5 where (With the exception of Chapter 4 Season 1) the SCAR was not present.
Im actually REALLY happy to see Disney buying into Epic didn't ruin it all. Ie. Thry lost the storyline direction a bit but at least with Pandora's box opening it ties into the story progression , and peely, hope, and Jones being marvel characters instead of just using marvel skins keeps the story in tact a little.... Im sure there's going to be plenty of stuff to get nurfed after the 1st few weeks but looking like a fun season IMHO
Doom's castle looks like it replaces the lumberyard. The lake between Classy and the lumberyard is modified as well, from the video. The town that the battle footage is in reminds me of the towns that were replaced by Mt. Olympus and all. Maybe one returns?
Has anyone else noticed that they seem to have changed the dashes from the green water to go away one by one over time if you don’t use them within a certain amount of time after getting them?

Hated this season, worst since Chap2 season 3 when i started, I like playing a medium to longe range style with traditional firearm type weapons , end game I felt like a pedestrian in a Demolition Derby, hope both gloves and similar stuff stays in a vault

But season 4 without a doubt will be the best season this chapter (maybe even one of the best seasons EVER).
What they really should do it just nerf the damage on the mythics. Let people use them for quests etc but not to the point where they ruin the experience for the player base. If Magneto did 20 damage per hit it wouldn't be nearly as annoying
