Bro, Jeremy would utterly smash Brendon. I mean sure Brendon's got an awesome voice for his kind of music but holy shit is Jeremy way more versatile.
Yes! That would be absolutely epic. And obviously the other commenter doesn't follow brendon too closely because the man is super versatile and can absolutely hold his own in many many different genres!
I would say Jeremy is better when it comes to belting. Because of his genre, he's used to holding long notes with vibrato. Brendon has the better range and head voice. It depends on your cup of tea, but they're both really good singers.

Every time I see this recommended I ask myself why I don't watch this more often then when I click it, I hear the backups and remember why
I saw Jeremy sing for the first time as Hugh Jackman's "voice double" during the cast readthroughs for The Greatest Showman, while Hugh was recovering from surgery and not allowed to sing. (not that that stopped him!)
I was astonished he could sing as well as he did...then I heard his version of "It's All Coming Back to Me Now"...the full song, mind, not the abbreviated version we hear on the radio. And now this. GUYS THIS AIN'T AN EASY SONG TO SING.
I can honestly say that if I had my way, and The Greatest Showman came to Broadway, Jeremy would be my very first choice for either P.T. Barnum or Philip Carlyle (the Zac Efron character). FOX. GET ON THIS.

The guy and the girl on the right did a great job. I think its mainly the backup girl on the far left that was switching between like 20 different keys. That being said, Jeremy Jordan is a god and still made this an amazing performance

To give you an idea how powerful his voice is and how well he is able to project it, HE DOES NOT NEED A MICROPHONE to reach the whole room. If he stood 3 feet away from the mic it would not have trouble picking up his voice.
I would LOVE to hear him perform live in a proper music hall with no sound equipment needed. His voice deserves nothing less. Sometimes I wish I could just take the mic away from him.
While not a testament to his projection, go listen to him singing Maria from West Side Story. It should be the one that looks like a bootleg, because it's recorded on a phone. Even when recorded on a shitty phone mic, his voice sounds immaculate.

I'm old enough to remember when Bonnie Tyler released this song. It was a huge global hit. It became one of my favorite songs of the early 1980s and still stands the test of time today. I saw a drag show at The Copa in Houston in 1982. One of the principle drag stars, Jery F. Kohl-Faulkner, also known as 'Tasha Kohl,' did this as a number. It was flawless, emotional & powerful. Today, this morning, 5 months into COVID-19 & quarantine, I have discovered this Jeremy Jordan cover. What an amazing & Heavenly job he has done. He has kept the integrity of the song and made it his own. Bonnie would be proud. Ms. Tyler's arrangement was a little difficult for American listeners to understand, but Mr. Jordan was able to be more clear in word pronunciation. It's a beautiful and emotional song. Full of melancholy and torment, he was able to share those nuances perfectly. Now, for the criticism... It would be helpful for Jeremy to start over with ALL the backup singers. Unfortunately, they are ALL distractions. This is NOT the type of song that can tolerate anyone being 'off.'

I've been on a Jeremy Jordan live performances marathon ever since finding out about his existence a couple of hours ago. Now it's just before midnight, and I should go to sleep but HIS VOICE AND STAGE PRESENCE AND EVERYTHING IS JUST SO UNBELIEVABLY INCREDIBLE!!!
