I've been making Thai tea for a while now and I've always like how they make it in the restaurants. They usually use half and half or heavy cream. I never figured out how they make the cream sweet until now. Mix it with a little condensed milk! That's the key. Your video out of all the other ones is the only one that shows that technique.
You also explain how it could easily turn bitter which is a big problem when making this improperly. Many restaurants I've had this in mess this up too. I like mine strong but it's a trial and error to get it just right without the bitter flavor ruining it, which is all due to the heat and how long to steep it for.

I've always wondered jow to make a Thai tea! Didn't know there were 3 different versions. I've only had the creamy, but I think I'd like the lemon as well. Baby girl is growing up!❤️

I went on a tour to Alaska and Canada and they had these Thai Restaurants, and I saw this Thai Tea and at first the color of it had me not wanting to try it at all but oh my goodness when I finally tried it, dude it is the best thing I have ever tried my goodness. I have an addiction now lol

My favorite is the lemon tea. I like boba in mine. The 3rd one is not my favorite. I could use this on very hot days instead of drinking too much soda.

I am not familiar with any difference other than the brand. But some do taste better than others.
Sorry🤭 I checked again and found ChaTraMue tea available in red pack- black tea, green pack - green tea, pink pack - rose tea and gold pack- mix tea. Thnx to your video I am confident of making Thai tea🥃
